P Square Engineering and Construction Ltd

A friend who recently had their kitchen updated recommended P-Square to me. I started speaking with P-Square, specifically Payman, early in May 2020 to attempt to get an understanding of what I would need for my project. I am also doing a kitchen renovation and taking down a structural wall. I had many questions and there were many back-and-forth emails to Payman which may have frustrated some others in the situation. Payman was patient, understanding, direct and informative. Payman provided me with all of the documents that I needed to submit to the city of Surrey to apply for a permit to begin the work. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the wait time to get my permit was delayed by eight weeks. I was concerned that this would cause issues getting people to the site on time to make the project go quickly. When my contractor called Payman to come and approve some footings that they were to spec, he made himself available the very next day! That kind of service in a situation like this is so appreciated and commendable considering it’s been months since he had heard anything about the progress of my project. I understand that a review on a company should be based on the company and not individuals, but payman is the person I’ve been dealing with and I can recommend him to anyone seeking his engineering expertise in the future. He is compassionate, has empathy, cares about your individual situations and is very personable which is a bonus.

We have been working with Peter and Payman for the past few months on our townhouse development project. They have a great knowledge of the Building Code and construction industry. Our project has been going really well and I highly recommend them.
