I have had the pleasure of working with Pat on many projects around my house, from taking down a wall and patching it up to kitchen cabinets, window upgrades, pergola building, and patio concepts. His versatility is remarkable considering he is a home builder. He is also very knowledgeable about gardening and is even a beekeeper. He relocated a swarm of bees from my front yard. He is extremely knowledgeable and can get anything done. He is also a very nice and normal person as well as honest, which is severely lacking in this industry.
