Andy Picking and his crew have done a fantastic job, every step of the way. They've completely remodeled and expanded a log cabin in Old Town, adding kitchen, bedrooms and baths, while maintaining the original cabin feel. From initial conversation to final punch list Andy and his team made the process a pleasure. They are professional and flexible. Picking Construction was our framing contractor for a duplex that we completed last summer. We had another contractor lined up to do our framing, but the project got delayed and unfortunately the framing needed to be done over the wintertime. Our guy did not want to do it, so I started looking around for another contractor. I'm SO GLAD I did because I found Picking Construction. Andy and his crew were amazing to work with. It's rare that you find this level of professionalism for a contractor in our area. Andy is a great communicator and super helpful with any glitches he saw in the design and suggestions how to make it better. We were owner builders so I'm sure it wasn't easy to deal with us, but he made this process pretty painless. The project was over 7000 square feet. Picking Construction stayed on schedule and on budget. The crew is well organized and everyone does their job the way it's supposed to be done. I would highly recommend Picking Construction for framing as well as general contractor projects.

Mountain Dream did a beautiful job with our addition. It was a tricky project that gave our 1940 log home a fresh, updated look but honored the historical nature of the home.
