I have contracted many construction companies to manage numerous projects. I want to use this opportunity to highlight one of those companies. Prado Construction came highly recommended by a personal friend who used them in the past. I must say that Prodo Construction exceeded all my expectations. My projects was completed within time and within budget. The Prodo team showcased exceptional professionalism throughout all the projects that they managed. It was also event base on the high quality works produced that they employed only certified, skilled and knowledgeable workers. I had the privilege to interact with the owner (Rob) and other members of the management staff as they facilitated step by step communication throughout the construction process. This company should be avoided at all costs I now have a lean on my house as Prado failed to pay the remaining funds to the siding company that completed the work on my home. The owner of the siding company has been chasing Prado construction for the past year and paid me a visit on the 19th of June by coming to my home and informing me that he has now placed a lean on my house for 16k. I am working with the owner of the siding company both through him and his lawyer and these matters will be before the courts in due time. I am very dissapointed that the owner of Prado construction said to the siding company owner "do what you have to do" when he informed him that he would have to place a lean on my property. Please think long and hard before you engage with this fradulant business owner.
