Very professional,great to work with. Was able to understand my ideas and work with me on our plans.Now in our new house 3 1/2 years and very happy with all aspects of our home, Enjoyed the process of designing with John the plans on the computer.

John Kotoski provided a house plan that met our basic requirements then worked with us to customize it to our satisfaction. His subcontractors were outstanding. We lived in a River Run town house during construction and were able to watch the daily progress. I've worked with tools all my life and did a lot of renovations on my former homes, so I can appreciate good workmanship when I see it. The house was completed within the quoted lead time and any changes we made during construction were accommodated and at a fair price We've been in the house for a year now and there have been no problems. Great job!

This is a picture of our home! We love it and River Run Construction did an outstanding Job! It was our pleasure working with John. He was always responsive and helpful even after the house was completed! We would certainly hire them again to build a home.
