We loved building our first home with Ryan Smith Builders. In fact, we loved it so much he is building us another one right now! Ryan's knowledge & experience is more than evident when you work with him. He has been with us for every step of the process. Having Ryan to help with picking out our location to build and drafting our plans has made the entire process much easier. He is on top of all of the materials & design options that are on the market now. He has suggested many additions to our home that are now some of our favorite parts. I had the pleasure of designing Ryan Smith's personal home. What Ryan, Kim and I came up with was a truly awesome Louisiana Farmhouse. Ryan was very attentive to all of the architectural detailing, function, and site specifics of the 5 acre property. Ryan was able to create a timeless home using the Louisiana vernacular of whitewash antique brick, stone and exposed timber. Ryan is very driven and a focused builder, who very much wants to please his clients.

I highly recommend Ryan. We are using him for a large remodel and he is very accommodating to our busy schedule regarding meetings about the remodel and in response to emails and phone calls. Has great new ideas and is very enthusiastic. He is easy to work with and does an excellent job organizing the project. Our remodel is not complete yet, but I will post a follow-up rating when we are finished. I can't wait to see the finished product!
