Silvan Homes

Silvan homes built our home that was completed in March 2019. We love the design of the home and the construction is top quality and the finishes are fabulous. We contracted on the home before construction began and were given carte blanche on design changes and all selections and finishes. The Silvan team (Jan, Danielle and Sarah) are customer service driven and they built us much more than a house ... but the home that we love. Special kudos to Sarah who spent many hours with us selecting lighting and plumbing fixtures, appliances, counter tops and paint colors and putting up with very particular clients. She is a rock star !

Silvan recently finished construction of our home in West University and we could not be happier! Silvan’s customer service is outstanding – they did whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. When any issue arose, it was promptly fixed or addressed – no push-back or questions asked. They were also willing to accommodate our busy schedules, meeting with us for walk-throughs and design consults late in the evening and on weekends. The whole team is professional, knowledgeable, transparent, responsive, and very easy to work with. They truly take pride in their work, which is evident in our beautiful home.

We recently built a custom home with Silvan. We are so happy with our home! We were able to get into our house on our fairly tight deadline, even though we began shortly after Harvey. We are very happy with all our finishes. Because this was meant to be our “dream home” we were very involved in the planning process and felt that good questions and feedback were offered to help us think of things we might not have thought of otherwise. Everything is set up just the way we wanted it, including special touches to accommodate special needs in our family. Definitely a positive experience!

Silvan Homes built a home in West University Place area were my Client was looking for new home construction. The home was complete with high end finishes and inspected well, just a few final items to complete. Silvan went above and beyond to refinishing floors and repainted where needed. Everyone was very helpful. Great floor plan and build out.

My wife and I recently bought a home in Hamilton Park built by Silvan Homes/WSQ Estates. The home was not quite finished when we bought it, so we were somewhat concerned about the follow through after the sale. Josh, the superintendent was the greatest. He was very professional and helpful both before and after the sale. When we asked about an item before the sale he said he'd fix it, and he did. After the sale we got the same great service. Items we might have missed before closing were promptly taken care of when we showed the item to Josh after the close. We have only the greatest respect for the job he has done and strongly recommend him, and his company as great home builders.
