Brant and his team work closely with clients to put together pre-construction scenarios, a working construction budget and timeline managing progress and decision making needs. Issues that arise are presented with creative solutions + budget/timing implications, helping you make fully informed decisions. At some point, during both of our projects, we lived abroad. Brant's team was still able to keep us completely up-to-date and on schedule through daily progress updates and photos logs. Their teamwork and collaboration are bespoke to each client and the results speak for themselves- stunning!

Working with Brant and his team at Single Point Design Build Inc. was a great experience. We initially reached out to SPDB based off several recommendations from former clients and they did not disappoint. The team is professional, communicative, and was respectful of our budget. The builders are skilled at their craft and the project managers did a great job managing the permitting and inspection processes. One minor, but hugely impactful characteristic of SPDB, is they keep a spotless job site. We lived in our home for most of the work, so keeping the site clean and safe was appreciated by both us and our neighbors. We look forward to enjoying our upgraded home for many years to come.

SinglePoint was hired to help us modernize our outdoor living space and fix some other areas. The project included drainage, concrete, electrical, gas, fencing, carpentry, and finish work. Brant, Taylor and team have been fantastic to work with during the past few months and we are looking forward to additional projects with them. They have been extremely reliable, which las many know is a hard attribute to find in a GC. They are also very careful and do great work, as well as utilize great subs, while managing them extremely well.

Brant and his team are great. They work hard and know what they are doing. It is refreshing not to have to worry about how something will get done, he just makes sure it does. He has great ideas that he shares and is a straight shooter. I've never met a more organized contractor, one who is ALWAYS reachable and follows through on everything. His subs are great too. We started off replacing all exterior windows and large sliding doors which lead to installing skylights, painting & lighting for interior and exterior, new backyard railings and entire front landscaping w/concrete walls and a beautiful fence! Our house looks like a new house. Definitely recommend.

We lived in our home through a 9 month renovation with Singlepoint (and we are a family with four children and a puppy). Brant, his project manager Taylor, and the entire crew couldn't have been better to work with - respectful, responsive, thoughtful and considerate. Brant is excellent at value engineering, his numbers are detailed and transparent. He came within 5% of his quote and very close to the timeline he initially detailed. The overage was because we expanded the scope. While we didn't meet Brant until after we had finished the architectural plans for this renovation, we wouldn't hesitate to use his design services next time because his recommendations during construction were invaluable from both an aesthetic and functional point of view.

Stop searching for a contractor - SPDB is your team! After going through a major project (basically rebuilding our full house) with their team, it’s clear they are the experts in all facets. Their expertises was reiterated to me by my architect and Marvin window dealer, who I hired before I engaged Brant, so I know it was genuine. SPDB was able to quickly complete our project, in comparison to other contractors/homes in our area. e.g., other homes started months before we started, and ours finished a month or two before the others. While the project was quick, they didn’t miss a beat on the detail and made sure every component of the house was complete to the highest quality. The full SPDB team was so amazing to work with, and all our neighbors comment on how nice they were to them too. We’ll for sure hire SPDB for our next project - no questions.

Brant is one of the best contractors in Marin. He is not only an excellent project manager and builder but he understands the aesthetic goals of each project. We highly recommend him to our clients.

Single Point Design did a complete re-build of our home from 2015-2016. We had approximately 4000 square feet of 15-year old, traditional/nautical/tropical design, and wanted to do a slight expansion, and change to a more sleek and modern feel. We interviewed several contractors and found that Brant seemed to be the most honest, unafraid to share his opinions, and offered the fairest prices. There were a few things that really shined throughout our project about Brant and his company. Brant is a very careful listener, and a great manager. His work is precise, clean and finished in the expected time frame. The size of our project created several things we had to discuss on a daily basis. He always kept me updated, asked questions and acted on the answers I gave. I quickly learned he was very organized, precise and always remembered everything... even little things. Brant routinely made time to investigate multiple solutions to our unforeseen challenges. Any time I didn't understand anything he was presenting, he took the time to draw things out, do multiple renditions, until we were confident we had the right solution to proceed. If mock ups were necessary, he did them, so I felt safe with my decisions. This alone had such an impact keeping me happy throughout this huge project. Everyone on the Single Point team is polite, happy and hard working, which is a sign of great management. Our project lasted over a year, and it was all the same crew the whole time, which has so much value when building a whole, new home. They are all professional, work very clean, and are open to answering my questions at any time. At the end of every day, the jobsite was always left tidy and secure. We are often asked if we are happy with the finished project. I say without hesitation, we are thrilled with every inch of it. I truly feel that it may not have been the same home if Brant and his crew weren't building it, because they made sure at every stage we were happy. So inside and out, we feel our home is perfect. As a project manager Brant is extremely organized, manages his projects thoroughly, provides and keeps to a detailed schedule, gets his subs in on time and makes sure they are well coordinated. As a builder he has clearly been around a while and understands how to execute high-end custom residential construction. As a design-build contractor Singlepoint carries the ball completely, from an Architect's point of view it was a pleasure letting someone else bird dog all the submittals and oversee the entitlement process. We worked together on a ground up residence replacing a much smaller house on a fairly demanding property, Single Point execute the project with no blips and no neighbor complaints.

Singlepoint completed a FULL home remodel and second story addition for us on time and on budget. They were fast, efficient and respectful of our neighbors but never compromised on the quality of work. Brant and his crew were personally invested in getting the details right and were not afraid to redo elements that didn't meet their high standards. We found Singelpoint to be fair, transparent, and aligned with our priorities- it was by far our best experience with a building professional. Brant is a builder but also a business man and his excellent project management skills and communication gave us the freedom to focus on design elements.
