Smith Partners

We moved from Maryland to Minnesota and found our home when it was in the process of being built by Smith Partners. Our home is 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, high end kitchen with Dacor double ovens, Bosch double dishwashers, Sub Zero large fridge and Sub Zero drink fridge, high end fixtures for electrical as well as plumbing, a bonus room over the garage, a lower level wet bar and sub zero mini fridge, 3 stall garage with drains and heat, nothing was left out when Smith Partners built our home. We fell in love with the location, the quality of workmanship, the time that went in and was going in to each detail of the home and enjoyed working with Phil Smith personally. He is very concerned with the satisfaction of the client and expects nothing but the best of his contractors and subcontractors. We have been in our home for 10 years and to this day, people still stop by and ask us who built it, what the paint color is and compliment our home. We are thrilled. If we ever have questions about one of the systems in the home, heating, water, etc, we have called Phil with questions and he has been eager to explain. We couldn't be happier with our home.

We purchased our home in Shorewood, MN from Smith Partners in 2012. Phil Smith builds incredible homes. The quality of design, materials and workmanship is exceptional. Their attention to every detail is evident throughout the home. Everything from the custom woodwork, to the "smart" home technology was top notch. I have been in many homes that are comparable in price to our home but I have never been in one as practical, comfortable or well built as our Smith Partners' home. On occasion, I've had questions about something in the home or how one of the mechanical systems works. Phil has always been available to not only answer my questions, but even come to the home to show me in person. If you purchase a luxury home, you expect the very best. Smith Partners not only builds a great home, but Phil stands behind his work. Without reservation, I would recommend Smith Partners to anyone looking for a beautiful, well built home.

I am an Interior Designer that was first hired by Smith Partners over 10 years ago. I have worked with them on a number of projects over the years. I believe Phil is one the the most conscientious builders I have ever had the privilege to work for. He is knowledgable, extremely detail oriented and met all deadlines for all projects I worked with him on. His standards are set high above other builders I have worked for and I believe he builds homes that will stand the test of time.
