SRD Consruction recently completed a remodel of my kitchen and master bathroom within the required timeframe and with professional excellence. This is the second time that I have employed SRD for a remodel project and plan to do so again in the near future I am thankful to Steve and his associates for their integrity, determination and knowledge.

I hired Steve Daniel ,SRD Construction ], to do an extensive remodeling project on an 10-11 year old home. We gutted the entire home including taking out walls, all flooring and kitchen and bathrooms. We transformed the interior of the home from traditional to modern using high end materials which required superior craftmanship and knowledge to accomplish. Steve and the subcontractors were very knowledgable and skilled in each of their areas. Steve always required the highest quality work from each subcontractor and all were very professional throughout the project. We were able to stay close to the original budget despite the project being extensive and long. Steve was always very responsive to requests and available to me at any time throughout.

In the Fall of 2011, we took possession of a new home in Lake Alfred, Florida which was custom built for us by Steven Daniel of SRD Construction. We previously had custom homes built in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania and were concerned about monitoring the process from such a great distance. After an initial interview with Steve in early 2010, and contacting his references, we were reassured that SRD was the right construction company for our new home. Steve’s constant communications regarding the construction included regular e-mails, phone calls, and photographs. As a result, we only needed to make two trips to Florida to visit the job site and choose our cabinets, appliances, colors, etc. Steve’s wife, Kathy, was a great help to us in making the myriad of choices. Steve suggested many improvements such as the arched entrance and columns for our dining room. Steve’s attention to detail was extraordinary. For example, he sent us sketches of all tile layouts before installation. Our finished home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was completed on time to our exacting specifications. The few small items that needed attention after we moved in were taken care of quickly and proficiently by Casey, Steve’s foreman, and by the sub-contractors. We enthusiastically recommend Steve for any construction project or to build your new home.

When you finish a three story home remodel with unexpected issues, unique architecture and design, plus a grueling personal work schedule and you think, "I so thankful that I had the good sense to hire Steve Daniels!", I think that says it all. Quality work that he stands by.

We contracted with SRD to repair our home from water damage. It was a big job and they coordinated all of the different subs and worked fantastically with the insurance adjustor. Our home is wonderfully put back together! They knew exactly what had to be done and got it done between Thanksgiving and Christmas - no easy feat! We had a beautiful family holiday together thanks to SRD!

I had a 1,000 square foot addition added to my house which included Great Room, Bedroom, and Bathroom. It was a wing on the existing house so it had to line up perfectly with the old roof. I also had a $50,000 renovation of the existing house. We were pleased and satisfied with all of the work done for us by SRD Construction. We spent $150,000 and felt we got our money's worth. I would recommend Steve and his company to anyone and everyone I know.

After talking with and getting ideas for my dream home from 4 or 5 home builders I selected S R D construction, their skilled licensed craftmen did a fantastic job , over the months I found the entire crew to be respectful, polite, and very skilled , some of Mr Steve Daniels workers have been with him for years and definately know their craft. Many of my neighbors in Cypress Woods Golf & Country watch while my home was being constructed and all was very impressed, as was , I strongly suggest to any one who wants a well built, custom home to talk with Mr Daniels and you will feel a sense of trust in him which I personally found refreshing. Competent - Skilled - High level of ethics - Reliable ! These are some of the qualities we found with SRD Construction. Steve Daniel built 2 houses for us with the same level of satisfaction. He is hands-on during the whole process. He and his team provided us with quality workmanship. They met deadlines, respected budget and kept in contact. Both of our houses were in the range of $250,000 to $300,000 and met our expectations. Steve Daniel and his crew certainly help turn our dream house into reality. SRD-Excellent professional relationship. Spent significant pre build time with owner prior to constuction. SRD utilizes excellent sub contractors and employs very professional staff. SRD pays attention to details, and is available before, during and after construction. SRD was always receptive to questions and resolved issues effectively with open communication. SRD made wise decisions, is very high integrity operation and did not sacrifice quality by rushing through construction.

In 2016, we began planning an extensive remodel on our home. We wanted a total remodel of the kitchen, both bathrooms and all the flooring in the house. We contacted several general contractors regarding the work and one of them was Steve Daniel from SRD Construction. Because the remodel was to be so extensive, we needed it to be done efficiently and with high standards. We elected to use Steve based on his professionalism and integrity during our initial meetings and planning sessions. We are thankful that we did. From the planning process through implementation, Steve and his team were professional, quality minded, realistic, wise and accessible in their approach to the project and to us, as homeowners, going through the remodel process. We are delighted with the outcome and the quality of the work in everything SRD did for us.

I have had Steve and Co do 2 renovations at my home: a total redo on my kitchen and master bath a year later. It was a very good experience once we got started. I have recommended him to several people after that. The work is top knotch and he works with a group of talented people that have a relationship built with him and they know the degree of excellence he requires on all his jobs. I was given a synopsis of what was going to get accomplished every week and he checked on things regularly. The results were fabulous and it exceeded my expectations. We went over the budget some but it was mostly because I wanted a couple of extra things. We now enjoy it everyday!
