I hired Erin and her company to do a complete remodeling of our 1st floor. The project took 6 months to finish. We were living in the house while the project was going on. Erin and her entire team of workers were very reliable, respectable and trustworthy. She is always on top of everything. She looks over every detail of the project and doesn't give you a chance to complain. I would definitely hire her again.

We hired Stetzer Builders to renovate a townhouse for my mom. It required new electrical, plumbing, flooring, windows/doors, and fairly extensive interior cosmetic work. Erin drew up a budget and estimated timeline and was extremely professional, prompt, and thorough in her interactions with us. She worked hard to stay on budget, alerting us to areas where we were pushing beyond her estimates. Our timeline went a little long, but she and her team worked hard to finish as quickly as possible. They were also very accommodating after move-in to address the "punch list" items. Erin is very practical, reasonable, and knowledgeable. She is always accessible and prompt in her response and follow-up. Her communication and interpersonal skills are first-rate -- both with us as her clients and with her team. She is a great manager of people and processes, which is critical in her business. It was a lot of fun working with Erin and her team, including Gabriel, Almir, Enrique. They were all so talented and took pride in their craft. Gabriel even took the time to help repair a family heirloom armoire that was damaged in the move. Enrique is an incredible woodworker and built beautiful cabinetry throughout the home. And Almir is a very knowledgeable electrician and pays close attention to detail. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We enjoyed working with Erin and her team so much that we plan on asking them to bid on a major renovation we have planned for our home.

We hired Stetzer Builders for an addition to our 40 year old home, that included: mudroom, staircase, office & TV room over our garage. From the start, they were customer focused and professional. Like any remodel or addition, nothing is ever seamless during a project. However, Erin and her team always did their best to address and rectify any issue that arose during construction. Stetzer is also very schedule and budget conscious. We are currently planning another renovation with Stetzer Builders in 2014.

Stetzer Builders did a major kitchen renovation for us. The project took three months, and we lived in the house during the construction. Erin was fantastic, and the experience was wonderful. We finished on time and on budget. Our house is 70 years old, so there were unexpected issues along the way, but Erin and her team worked with me to address the issue in the best manner, keeping in mind budget and timing issues.
