My wife and I recently used Steve Visser Builders to help design and complete our new home. Our experience with Steve and his son Brandon was excellent. During all phases of the project both Steve and Brandon communicated well with us and paid close attention to all the many large and small details, thus leading to a successful project. We felt that we were partners with them throughout the entire process. Brandon guided us through the design phase incorporating our concepts into actual blueprints that accurately reflected our desires. He did this with minimal delay and great accuracy. It became clear to us that they have a great deal of construction experience that always worked in our favor. For example, the subcontractors they used on our project were excellent; talented, experienced and professional. We are very happy with the quality of the work. This is the third home we have built, and Steve Visser Builders was by far the most organized and committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We felt that they wanted a successful project as much as we did and therefore, we highly recommend them.

My wife and I built our first home with Steve and Brandon in 2018 who we selected after interviewing nearly 20 local builders. From our first consultation, they patiently listened to everything we needed and desired in our home. This carried through the entire build process and they always made us feel like a top priority. I can't say enough for Brandon especially. Even after the completed build, he took care of warranty items and loose ends immediately and without qualm. They made us feel like their only customer at every step. Our home came out better than we expected and was built to very high quality standards. I'm an engineer by trade and am overly meticulous. Brandon and Steve surpassed all my expectations.

We have built two houses with Steve Visser Builder. One was a 1600 square foot ranch with a partially finished basement and the other was a two story home. Each time we had the pleasure of working with Steve it was a great experience. He is incredibly knowledgable in the building field, and was able to accommodate all of our desires. We recently took possession of our beautiful new condominium built by Steve Visser Builders. We left the state during the entire construction period not returning until the completion and closing which gave me pause but was I ever wrong. The builder is great on follow thru! Communication response was extremely fast, accurate, to the point. The sub contractors were very reliable as well. Add to that, the fact our home is a superior quality value with abundant square footage,and allowances that really purchase top of the line products in every category with unspent credits going to the buyer, and all at a very competitive price. We found Visser Builders to be everything we expected in a builder. We are very happy with our purchase and look forward to many comfortable years in our new home. Quality, value, honesty, integrity and at a price...what's not to like!
