The professionals at Taylor/Jill Development did an outstanding job on the renovations at my home. In both the planning and implementation stages of the renovations, Jackie and her contractors were extremely knowledgable, professional and trustworthy. More importantly, she came in under budget and ahead of schedule in project completion. I would highly recommend her for any project regardless of size or budget.

We had a wonderful experience having Taylor Jill remodel our home including adding a half bath, reorienting and adding to our master bath, and reorienting our breakfast area and expanding our kitchen and laundry room. The work was a big factor in our selling our home for over the asking price in 2013.

Taylor/Jill remodeled 3 bathrooms and re-piped half of my house. They were professional, ontime and did great work. Her subs are excellent especially her carpenter. I have used her as well to re-do a driveway and install an intricate lattice fence with cut-outs and sloped panel details in 2015. Their prices are excellent and you get a high end finished product.

I've worked with Taylor/Jill twice. The first was a remodel of my master bath in 2008. Jackie Fair is incredible - knowledgeable and professional with a team of excellent craftsmen working for her. The result was gorgeous, including new tub and shower, custom cabinets, fixtures, tile floors and shower, marble...the works. And everything was finished on time and on budget. When I bought another home this year, it needed significant updates, and I had a tight budget. Jackie and her awesome team worked miracles. They updated the master bath with a beautiful, custom tile surround and new tub/shower, refaced cabinets throughout the house, built a custom pantry to match, replaced a trash compactor in the kitchen with a pull out drawer for trash, and installed French doors for my two balconies. The work was again excellent, on time, and on budget. Jackie and her team are truly professional in every way, and their work is outstanding. Jackie herself visits the job site every day to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I will always use Taylor Jill for projects like these.
