I have been working with John as my builder since 2016. He's a joy to work with- I have found him to be a remarkably conscientious communicator. I love that he's a team player. He gives the client a schedule and sticks to it. His work is beautiful. He is his own harshest critic and will take his time to make something look like it should. John reviews the drawings thoroughly before our meetings. His estimates and bids consider things that many contractors miss, which leads to a much more accurate picture of what the project will cost the client. I appreciate that he always has time to discuss my projects with me and if the drawings don't match what he sees on-site or if the drawings need improvement, he will bring it up. He maintains a very orderly and clean job site which my clients have always remarked on. He is very mindful of the fact that he's working in someone's house. I recommend John to everyone I know.

John Davis built the home we designed that you see depicted here. I had not ever worked with him on a new home before. His willingness and ability to roll his sleeves up, study the project in all three dimensions and execute it with thoughtfulness was unparalleled. He had, and maintained throughout the project, a GREAT relationship with the owners. He was a great listener, contributed good ideas himself and followed through on every little detail, my favorite of which is the hidden pantry door in this home. I called it out as "hidden", but he and his sub-contractors MADE it happen absolutely seamlessly. I would recommend John without reservation.
