We recently had our forever/dream home built by Tom and his team. Tom and Kerry were great to work with and we would highly recommend them if you are looking for a builder. Even his crew were professional and always willing to answer any questions and always more than helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy every step of the way and knew exactly what we wanted. If we were unsure, Tom would even give suggestions which made it even easier to make decisions. We would hear from people along the way that building a home can be stressful, but honestly Tom's fun personality kept us from feeling any stress and we looked forward to seeing the progress week to week. We engaged with Tom Mosco approximately 9 months ago and he is finishing up our home now. We believe our home is coming out better than we had hoped and it is because Tom is involved. He has helped us every step of the way with decisions by explaining our options and making his own recommendations. Occasionally he even disagrees with us but explains why and more often than not we change our minds to align with his recommendations. He always answers the phone or his email when we have questions and we have met with him many times at his office or at the construction site to review anything needed. I am very happy we selected him to build our home.

Tom as done several projects for me over the past several years, including new construction. Tom is a pleasure to work with. He is talented and creative. He listens to you and takes your ideas and makes suggestions for improvements. He is fair and exhibits absolute integrity in all of his dealings with you. All of his work is professional and he will make sure you are happy with the end product. Highly recommended!

This is the second house Mosco homes has built for me. The fact that I would use the same contractor again is the best indicator of the confidence I have in this builder. Deadlines were met and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My third house will be built by mosco homes.
