I love how the windows are all over all the bathrooms! They let light in and expand the room to the outside. Especially when they open! Their designs are great!

Total Concepts completed a new-build farm house for us on a remote site in Sonoma County. Throughout the project, the Rechin family and the entire Total Concepts team was a pleasure to work with. Their processes for keeping a large project moving quickly forward are excellent and they kept us on track with consistent updates and timely meetings to make decisions and consult on issues. Total Concepts, the Rechin Brothers, Mark and John, gave us more than we expected. They Pulled trades to this remote job site, and asked for some very sophisticated finish details. TC managed deadlines, in a professional and timely manner. They were a pleasure to work with. The architects, Wade Design, had worked with Total Concepts. Landscape Arch Bernard Trainor worked well with the Architects, and Dave Dexter's landscape Install was great. Not easy with 60 mature, olive tree's being delivered from Fresno. Tim Clarke, Interior Design, was on board from the beginning, streamlining the process, and giving us the feel we wanted, California Ranch, without the saddles and western motif.

The Total Concepts team are an absolute pleasure to work with, and that is not a recommendation I have ever given to a contractor. We are a custom furniture and cabinetry company that was brought in by the client to work with their newly hired contracting company - Total Concepts - on a brand new custom home. A lot of contractors wouldn't like this arrangement very much as they try to be loyal to their own trades people, but Total Concepts welcomed us into the fold and made it work for all of us. Mark and Jeff were totally present and always available to work through complications or scheduling conflicts that arose. Communication was speedy and efficient. They obviously choose their regular tradesmen carefully as the quality of work is consistently high throughout the project and all trades were respectful of each others time and process, which made for a pleasant and productive work environment - and that is why they get 5 stars. Our Project started out with an existing home which had to be demolished, 8 feet of a ridge line removed to create a building site and a twisting roadway navigated, barely able to have two cars pass side by side. To complicate the Project even more, this was to be accomplished with our living 3,000 miles away. The Project was a seamless endeavor by Total Concepts arranging meetings with architect/Project sub-contractors/regulators and the list goes on and on. Our time and visits were limited and we never felt rushed, quality experiences all around. Total Concepts and the management Team and all that makes up this most respected and excellent Company took more delight in creating our Home than we could have ever asked and allowed us to participate in every aspect with patience and explanation across the entire experience. The honesty and integrity demonstrated during the entire build-out was evident day to day. Clear and concise billing, invoices and every question answered in an understandable manner. The Project lasted several years by our choice and the post-construction maintenance is second to none as this Company "gets it"! It is rare to recommend anything without a reservation...we can do so in this case with Total Concepts lead by the Rechin Family.
