Fran just finished our beach duplex restoration post Hurricane Helene on Indian Rocks Beach. He and his subcontractors were thoughtful, detailed oriented, communicative and proactive. We could not be more grateful to Fran and his team for the restoration of our little beach place so then he can build our new Tampa house for us! Thank you Fran and Veranda Homes!!!

We used Veranda Homes to remodel our newly purchased 1960's home. This was a huge project that took several months to complete. It involved a new family room addition, covered lanai addition, roof, kitchen, flooring, AC, windows, doors, bathrooms and plumbing. Plus, there was extensive demolition and structural work done. We would not have trusted anyone but Veranda Homes. Nobody pays attention to detail like Frances Vivero. He manages the project and all details himself. His subcontractors and vendors are excellent and have the utmost respect for him. If there is a problem, Frances is working on fixing it before you even realize there is an issue. His customer service is the best. He returns all phone calls or texts immediately and is on-site ASAP if needed. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend Veranda Homes!

Veranda Homes exhibited the utmost professionalism during all aspects of my project. Our project involved a large swimming pool with an elaborate outdoor kitchen. We added a significant roof extension and built to columns to match the original design of the house. We extended and resurfaced the pool deck area with travertine pavers amd coping. While the original house was built in 1968, this extension was tied in so professionally, it looks as if or was part of the original design. Veranda Homes employs talented and trustworthy subs and detail men. They come in on time and within budget. Only the finest materials are recommended to create a lasting finished product. Change orders are handled professionally and in a timely fashion.

Veranda Homes completed a large-scale outdoor renovation for our home. Francis from Veranda Homes oversaw the extension and construction of my walk in closet. He is prompt, reliable and above all else honest. My closet came out fabulous and Francis scrutinized everything....making appropriate changes when necessary. Loved him so much that I have used him for a myriad of things ever since: matched and replaced water damaged hardwood floor instead of pushing to have all the floors re-done! Had him replace my front door with an all wood fabulous one .He also put in sliding drawers in my kitchen .Nothing is too big or small for him. Honest, reliable ,detail oriented and reasonable.
