Energy efficiency has been a core part of VIP Homes since our beginning. Our homes consistently outperform average HERS ratings, and VIP Homes has historically built homes at least 50% more efficient than the model energy code. We also specialize in build-on-your-land projects, helping homeowners navigate the unique challenges of developing their property, including utilities, grading, drainage, easements, HOA requirements and jurisdictional approvals.
