Windsor Homes built a great first home for us. They have been very flexible since the planning and design stage, till we moved into the home. We worked with Cory Sester, Builder representative. He helped with Floor plan modifications, and also making sure the budget isn't exceeded. He was involved till the construction was complete. Windsor has a good team of contractors and employees that helps maintain good quality. Pat Davis, the site supervisor, took good care, and went the extra mile to make sure the construction was done on time and according to plan. He made sure our feedback was taken care to closure, and was always responsive. Rob Wacker, the owner is very hands-on, and kept good track of schedule and quality. This was our first time home building experience, and Windsor helped us by making sure everything went smoothly. All our neighbors and friends appreciated the quality. We are glad we went with Windsor homes, and highly recommend them.

Windsor Homes is a phenomenal company to work with to build a custom home! Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly and helps to walk their customers through the process. You can tell they care about each client and individual home they build like it is their own. We loved working with them and would do so again in the future!

We built a custom home on acreage in 2017 with Windsor. The team took years of ideas and turned it into our dream home. If it mattered to me, it mattered to them. Would definitely choose Windsor if we ever build again.

I would not recommend Windsor. In my opinion they are very unprofessional, unorganized, and do not have their clients best interest in heart. We had multiple issues with Windsor with little resolution. We could never get a timely response or when an issue was brought to their attention, the production continued witch caused more problems. We are very dissatisfied with our experience with this company.

Windsor Homes is building a villa for me. They offer a great home for the price. The details they offer are the same as they put in their higher priced homes.. They don't cheapen details for the less expensive homes. Can't wait to move into mine. This builder has been in business a long time and others who have had homes built for him are very satsfied. His projects are completed on time.d
