I am a big believer in reviews, truly - I think they make or break a purchase... I would give Laura and Papillon 6 stars if possible. We were really not loving the idea of having to add staging to try and sell our house, but it has transformed the property, truly. It's crazy to have lived in it, one way - our perfect... Then to see it with new staging all over and 100% PREFER it in the new staged way. Laure was communicative, easy to work with, flexible and made the ease of the actual stage day simple. She worked with us and our real estate agent and had it done in hours... Honestly, her work and her companies work is truly AMAZING! I would definitely hire again for wither interior designing a purchased home or staging to sell any homes in future.

The Papillon team transformed a house to a home in just a few hours. I was extremely pleased with their expertise and attention to detail, taking great care and pride in their work. Laura Arnold from Papillon was our staging consultant for the upcoming sale of our home. She was prompt, professional and made outstanding recommendations which she sent to us in the form of a detailed consolidated list with pictures and examples as needed. Her attention to detail was fabulous and in fact, our house was sold (now in escrow) based on the realty internet pictures and virtual tour...the buyers did not physically see the house until after the offer was accepted. I firmly believe that Laura's staging was a direct factor in that outcome and I would definitely use Laura's and Papillon's services in the future.

They were very professional and timely with all appointments and were very responsive when emailing, texting or calling. The design creativity and knowledge of various architecture styles was top notch. They were able to take my vision along with my budget and create beautiful and functional spaces in my home. They also had a large pool of resources and vendors that I could use for the project. I am very confident in their recommendations and have continued to hire them for additional projects.

I recently put my house on the market. There was a lot of clutter and I was really nervous that I wouldn't have the house ready to show. In one day, Papillon came in, rearranged, decluttered and pretty much performed a miracle. They used existing furniture and pieces I had in ways I would never have thought of and I didn't need to buy anything. They worked very hard all day and when they left, my house looked 1000 times better than when they arrived. They were professional, courteous and treated my belongings carefully. Could not be happier.

We hired Papillon to assess our home for sale, and to advise us on alterations that needed to be made. Despite the distance between her office and our home, Laura Arnold made herself available consistently on time. She reviewed our needs, contacted and directed tradesmen, and checked the work. When it came time to stage the house, she had an uncanny appreciation of what we already had, from furniture to linens and decorative pieces and accessories. Her eye is unfailingly true and while we may lament the loss our own, deeply personal home as we knew it, I believe that potential buyers will more clearly see a home they might love. She purchased a bare minimum of accessories, and they were at a minimal cost. Lest someone get the idea that her stagings are done on the cheap, we would suggest that each expenditure was cost-effective, yielding maximum impact at minimal cost. She was mindful of our budget. She is friendly, positive, and fair. Lastly, given just the few people who have viewed our home, I believe "Wow" was the prevailing comment.

We were extremely pleased with Laura's services. We asked her to come in and stage our house before we placed it on the market for sale. She has great ideas, is thoroughly professional, respectful, patient, and completely on target with her recommendations. My advice, give her the keys and let her drive!

Papillon staged my house prior to final MLR listing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the results were great.
