My realtor referred me to R&D to stage my home and I was truly shocked at how bad of a job they did - we had to redo the entire home, partly with my own furniture and art. They did nothing to take the architecture, style, or color palette of my home into consideration. It was dated and felt like a reflection of one man’s very particular style that was completely asynchronous with our home. I did appreciate that they tried to remedy the situation - however, the remedy still was to a lower standard than I expected, and came with much additional investment of time and additional purchases on my part. They also left our door not only open, but unlocked, overnight. And for all of this I spent close to $7,000.

Listing date: Dec 15th. Pending date: Dec 20th! This DEFINITELY happened because of RD Interiors’ staging expertise. The house I sold is 3,200 sq ft, and we opted to stage every room, which resulted in a sale $300k above our expectations. Wilson was my lead designer, and after he staged the house, I wanted to move back in! There were two rooms with serious quirks, and his transformations made them favorites among the buyers and potential buyers. I cannot recommend RD Interiors enough. Do yourself a favor and work with them!

RD does a gorgeous job of staging with high end pieces and a talented group of designers. Buyers who come to the open houses gush over the staging. The amount sellers get back for their investment in staging with RD is ten fold.

Top to bottom the RD Interiors team out of Seattle did an amazing staging installation for my home for sale on Whidbey Island. Their upscale presentation dialed the family mid century home in perfectly. Comments from a few selling agents were that the staging "blew the socks off of the competition". I have to agree.

Recently we had a professional staging company fail miserably at a staging of one of my listings. RD Interiors to the rescue! We were lucky to have the time to switch gears and hire RD to stage a classic Dutch Colonial home. They elevated the spaces bringing a timeless elegance to the grand rooms. Their staging helped the home feel more modern without detracting from the charm of the home. The difference between the two stagings was night and day!
