My experience was that Kelly’s staging and design consultation helped sell my house in Clintonville for well over asking price, and I highly recommend working with her. One suggestion is that if you have a furniture layout that you like, be sure to review that with her ahead of time. My experience was that she provided a fair upfront price, I accepted, and she staged the house. My realtor then provided me with a video walkthrough of the house. I was initially disappointed because of the layout she went with: I had a big room where half was used as a dining area and the other half as a living room. She decided to make the whole room a living room, putting sofas in the middle of the room with additional seating behind the sofas. She then put a small dining table in the mud room which felt cold and cramped, directly on the tile floor with no area rug. Also the foyer staging felt dated to me. I had a photographer scheduled for the next day who I couldn’t cancel, so he took a round of photos and also mentioned that the layout in the living room was odd and wasn’t sure how to shoot it. I expressed my concerns to Kelly and she advised that I should consider removing a wall because in her opinion the room layout wasn’t good. We discussed my preferences in the layout and she came back and implemented everything even better than I could have hoped, it was all perfect — large dining table went in, mud room was made cozy, foyer was rearranged and refreshed. She charged quite a bit more for the redo but in my opinion it was worth every penny. The photographer came back for a second shot and I was very happy with the results. She also did some design consultation: she helped find the perfect bathroom vanity light, mirror, and foyer chandelier. She also made some additional suggestions for a sister chandelier and for another bathroom’s mirror that I can’t considered but were on point. I had been searching and asking my realtors and felt like I was hitting a dead end until asking Kelly for help. Very grateful for her selections.

We had the most amazing experience with Staging Spaces! I loved working with Kelly and Sarah and I was blown away that they saw my vision from the very first meeting. I was also surprised at how many options they always gave me. Communication was just excellent and something that is so important to both my husband and I. They redesigned our dining and living room. We never spent time in these spaces before they came in and redesigned everything. Now we spend every single evening in these spaces and am so excited to host family events. They knew I wanted this all done before my daughters first birthday party and they absolutely made that happen. They did such an amazing job that we’ll be having them redesign a couple more rooms this winter!
