Loved the staging work so much that we took the house off the market and "bought it" again ourselves. Highly recommend!

Jess brings her whole self to everything that she does and is an absolutely joy to work with. She has come to our house for a consultation a few times now to give us design, furniture, and renovation ideas. Each time she brought new ideas to the table to utilize existing furniture in new ways; make the house more functional and efficient (particularly with kids); and enjoy our house more with small tweaks that make a huge difference. She also managed a small home project for us, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. We have never regretted bringing Jess into our home, and letting her talent and skills go wild to help us maximize our living spaces.

Working with Cindy & her team is a wonderful experience...Her ideas and concepts are FIRST class. From a business standpoint everything flowed as planned, her execution is superb! We were absentee sellers, after putting a lot on money into the house, still did not move. We engaged Cindy and her ideas. The house looked wonderful, it sold within two months, we closed this past week. Everything about dealing with Cindy was on point, ideas were outstanding and execution was smooth as silk. Install and uninstall were uneventful.......We are 600 miles away, she did not let us down. Oh by the way, she gets it!!!! Classy lady and world class service.

Jess staged my condo in September 2018. At the time, I was preparing to sell my home; assisting a parent in selling her home and relocating to Maryland from California; and caring for a parent who was undergoing surgery and treatment for cancer. I also worked full-time an hour's drive away from home. I had absolutely no capacity to guide or direct her in anyway on what I wanted or needed done. My only ask was to do what was necessary to transform my home into a property that could secure my full asking price. Jessica's work far surpassed my wildest expectations!!! Not only did she take complete control of the project, allowing me to focus my limited bandwidth on what was mission critical, but she also transformed my home into a much coveted property listing (I actually didn't recognize my own condo!). Not only did I get my full asking price within 30 days of listing but I was the only person in my building in as many months to do so. I actually brought up the overall comps for the rest of my condo complex! Words fail me when it comes to expressing how much I appreciate the work she did and how valuable her service was for me. If you don't use her, you are certainly doing yourself a disservice. I'm just sad that I don't have another home to sell so that I can work with her again. She's a consummate professional and her attention to detail is incomparable. Stellar Staging is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!

One of the most enjoyable portions of our last renovation was working with Jess at stellar staging. In previous projects, my wife and I would handle the staging ourselves; however, this particular project was a high end home and was out of our abilities. We decided to hire Jess and her team and it was an extremely positive experience. Every showing for the house is followed by comments on how great the home shows. She goes above and beyond and offers insight to design choices throughout the home. I now consider Jess part of my extended team and will be looking only to her for staging needs in the future!

Jessica went through my house with me room by room from top to bottom and gave me all her suggestions. I implemented her suggestions (still getting to some of them of course) and I LOVE being in those rooms now. I learned a lot from her that I can use the rest of my life as I make living spaces for my family. My surroundings are very important to me, so this was a HUGE treat. I get a feeling of serenity in my living room now, with an understated but definite style that is my own still while much improved. I didn't even spend much money, it was a lot of reorganizing things I had and buying a few small things. Jessica is also a ton of fun to work with.

Jessica Wakefield and the team at Stellar staging are a talented, organized and professional group. They did an incredible job in re-staging a property that we had listed. The house was on the market before, and had dull and impractical staging. After Stellar staging worked their magic, the house was under contract in record time.

Stellar Staging did an amazing job taking our 100 year old townhouse from dark and drab to bright and exciting. They furnished and decorated every bit of our 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home from top to bottom and did so on a very tight timeline. The owner, Jess, is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend staging your home or apartment for rental/sale and I would definitely use this company again in the future.
