Working with Shermetre was a great overall experience, especially as first-time clients using design services. She was extremely organized and utilized excellent project management software that made it easy for us to track progress, review selections, and stay engaged throughout the process. One of Shermetre's strongest qualities was her ability to truly listen. She took the time to understand our ideas and preferences, and she was always responsive and thorough when answering our questions about her design choices. We also appreciated how she consistently stayed within our budget, which was very important to us. Shermetre was proactive in keeping us on track, sending timely reminders to review selections ahead of meetings so our time together was productive and efficient. That level of communication made the process feel smooth and well-managed. If there was one area for improvement, it would be in providing more detailed attention to spatial dimensions and measurements. A bit more precision in this area would have elevated the experience even further. We are very confident with implementing the steps and ideas of our final plan. Overall, we felt supported, heard, and guided throughout the project, and we’re very pleased with the results.

Shermetre did a great job designing the remodel of our primary bathroom. She came up with a great design and helped us choose the perfect materials. She was always conscious of making sure the project was meeting our expectations and listened to all of our questions and concerns. We have already recommended her to our neighbors. The designer is very collaborative while offering the right touch of pizazz in the merchandise shopping list.
