Tamra is a delight to work with and is very professional and accommodating. She does a great job incorporating personal ideas and styles along with introducing new ideas and concepts. She is easy to work with knows where to find the right products and materials. I love how Tamra has led me in new and different directions that I would not have conceived on my own. Having her has eliminated a tremendous amount of stress and she has transformed our house into a beautiful home. She affordable and works within your budget. Excellent customer service, prompt and easy to work with. The staging was gorgeous, modern (but not too modern), and brought the home to show at its absolute best. We can not say enough wonderful things about Encore Staging + Design. Tamra and her team really made our home look warm and inviting. After our home was listed and the pictures were available on-line, my wife and I looked at one another and said "I want to live in that house!" Needless to say, the marketplace felt the same way. Thanks to Tamra's keen eye for staging and beautiful furniture, we had 25 showings in 4 days, 9 offers, and 3 of those offers were $10K over asking price! To say we were pleased with Encore Staging + Design would be an understatement. Job Well Done!

I am so in love with Ryleigh’s beautiful staging that it makes my husband and I not want to sell! It took me a full day to stop staring at her design. Not to mention that she is EXTREMELY professional and always met all of my needs with our hectic schedule. She came in with her magic design wand and transformed our house while working around everyone else that was finishing up the remodel. The best part though was her personality. She was so down to earth that within minutes I felt like I had a friend. I told her I was unsure of listing price and that evening I had a text from her of all the comps she went home and found for me! I want to buy another home in Colorado just so I can have the privilege to work with her again.

Encore Staging - Design is the best staging company I have ever used. They are incredibly talented and I highly recommend them!! They completely transformed a listing by rearranging and re-purposing the furniture already in the home, and brought pillows and accessories that made each room sparkle and come alive! They added color and just what each room needed to make the home a show place! They have impeccable taste and use the highest quality of fabrics and decorative items. Because of Encore Staging's magic touch, the home will sell for top dollar. Not only do they stage homes for sale, they can also come to someone's home, rearrange their furniture & make it look spectacular!!. In addition, they can stage and work wonders with an empty house with their designer furniture & paintings, such as new construction or a vacant home for sale after the sellers have moved. I am thrilled that I found these amazing designers and want everyone to know about them. I am grateful to Encore Staging - Design and can't wait to use them again!

Encore staging is FABULOUS! My new GO TO for staging. Tamera has excellent taste. She uses high end furniture, wonderful bedding and beautiful paintings. I have had several agents and clients ask if they could buy the furniture and paintings from my listing. The staging is what generates my showings. Tamera is also enthusiastic and fun to work with. She is a real pro!

Her company was able to provide beautiful furniture and accessories, updating this home in Houston without doing construction or any drastic measures. Staging was a very affordable and effective way to get this house sold for maximum money to the seller! Tamra was easy for me to work with and for the sellers.

I've used Encore Staging for my recent rehabs and they have been great. Scheduling has been flexible which has helped me in a couple situations. The appointments have been spot on meaning start and end times. Follow up quick and consistent. The creative side has been the best I've seen in the last several years. Excellent at home décor choices based on the home, neighborhood, and clientele. They've been consistent making great recommendations and their execution has enabled me to support a stronger offer from buyers. I would not use anyone else and have appreciated the person touch and professional approach to meeting my business needs. Great job Encore Staging!

Decided to hire Tamra for her service after my house has been sitting on the maket for 4 months. She made suggestions to stage living room, dining and the master and we agreed. To my surprise, she took the initiative to stage entry way as well as office/small bedroom, kitchen and master bathroom. She won’t stop until she is satisfied. She was prompt, professional and beyond creative. Needless to say, my house was under contract in just few weeks post staging. My only regret is not using her service sooner. If your house isn’t selling or think about selling, don’t hesitate hiring Tamra. Her service is worth it and then some!
