My husband and I purchased our dream lake house, but it definitely required some work before it would become a comfortable summer home for us. Knowing that we were two hours away, we needed to bring in someone we could trust to help make our dream a reality. We had ambitious plans to add a basement bathroom, bedroom and gym. We also needed ideas on how to brighten up our dark wooden kitchen. Lastly, we needed to furnish and decorate the whole house! We knew that whoever we brought in to work with us needed to be reliable, communicative and have all the right connections to get everything done. We wanted someone who could come in, manage it all and be pleasant to work with over this multi-month project. Angela and her team at Lakeshore Designs really delivered! Angela was able to act as our general contractor and interior designer working with us to get everything done within our specified time frame. The team was really fantastic to work with, very communicative and on-top of things. Like with any renovation project, we ran into some unexpected issues requiring some changes in plans and additional workarounds, but Angela handled it all like a true professional. We were well informed prior to changes and most importantly for us, Angela knew what needed to be done and made it happen. In terms of interior design, our requests to be minimalists with respect to décor and furniture were heard and respected. Our place looks really amazing now. It turned out better than we had hoped. Every time I enter the kitchen, I have a big smile on my face. The kitchen is now beautifully bright with fresh paint, a new backsplash and coordinating light fixtures. We truly could not have had the amazing summer we had this year without all the hard work from Angela and her team. Our dream lake house is now a reality!

I can't say enough good things about Lakeshore Designs! It started with a single kitchen light purchase back in 2016 and we were hooked ever since! They have renovated every single room in our Peterborough house (except for the laundry room and we haven't ruled that out yet!) and we were beyond thrilled with each and every room that they magically transformed. These ladies are top notch designers for a reason and we have trusted every single colour choice and idea that they have brought forth. We believe our house value has more than doubled with their additions of a movie room, basement bar & games area, wine closet, open concept dining/living room with faux beams to separate the spaces (who would have thought!) and lightened and brightened our 90's kitchen. We are in love for sure! They most recently transformed our tiny cottage into a tiny treasure. Creating a "lake house nautical" theme with blues, whites and greys. Again, we were blown away with the addition of shiplap, board & batten, maximizing spaces by adding furniture with hidden storage, creating a built in bedroom side-table type nook and painting it Hale Navy to pop from the white shiplap. Lights, bedding, furniture, accessories - these gals do it all and never skimp on the attention to detail! On to the next project with these ladies for sure!!! So so happy with everything they've done for us!!

Angela Jones and staff are phenomenal! They really take the time to listen to their clients needs, wishes and desires and work within your budget to achieve what you want. Love their design ideas, attention to details and friendly service!

Lakeshore Designs did a fantastic job on our reno. I am thrilled every day with our beautiful cottage. Angela has amazing talent and has a vision for the work that makes it all come together into a fantastic result. She is also a great listener and was very attuned to my wishes and preferences which was really appreciated, and meant that the cottage immediately felt like home. I sincerely recommend Angela without hesitation - her work is phenomenal. She is also wonderful to work with, as is the rest of her team!

I have had the pleasure of working with Angela and her team at Lakeshore Designs on at least three separate projects. The latest was a full scale renovation that was more of a rebuild. Angela was with me every step of the way from the beginning with the design and planning stages working with both the contractor and the architect. Her staff were excellent so accommodating and professional. Always patient with me as I tried to cope with all that was going on. They were completely in charge of the kitchen working from a blank canvas and with only a few requests from me. As the build progressed Angela was always available for any questions or concerns. She would often offer suggestions and steer me in the right direction. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would definitely call again for my next project. Also I have recommended Lakeshore Designs to several of my friends.

I first use Lakeshore Designs for my backyard, then it flowed into my house and now a swanky garage is in the works. I also had my salon redesigned 3 years ago now. It still looks amazing and fresh. The even decorated the salon for christmas. How great is it to not have to take it all down and store everything all year. Next will be the main floor of the house.

Angela is so incredibly talented! She came in to stage our lakehouse and it was like an episode of "Love it or List It"! In the end, we LOVED it! Her design ideas were inspired and her service and level of responsiveness were exceptional. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and we plan to use her again in the future.
