Here for all your home solutions! I grew up in a small town in Southeastern Wisconsin with bursting creativity. I have two years of Interior Design studio classes at the University of Minnesota, but life took a different direction and I discovered a career in mortgage servicing. I do have an B.S. in Housing Studies from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in Housing Technology and Geography. I've been working for major mortgage companies since 2003 (Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Chase Home Mortgage, Countrywide Home Loans & MGIC), and have built a career and reputation based on efficiency, detailed organization, data management, project management, and trusted leadership. I have a M.S. in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. I'm passionate about space planning, color theory, organization, helping new homeowners set up their first homes, shopping for home decor & furniture, event planning, holiday decorating, and so much more. I've managed portfolios of residential real estate for major compies, working with brokers to repair and negotiate offers with potential purchasers, and I can assist you with understanding the current market and talk through what kind of house might be best for your future needs.
