Wells Homes is owned and operated by Richard & Katie Wells who reside in the Park Cities. Richard has a 25+ years of knowledge and industry experience in custom home building. He learned his craft by growing up in the industry and being on job sites from an early age with his father. For more than 5 generations, Richard’s family has been in the commercial/residential construction and development industries in Dallas developing some of Dallas’ most iconic buildings.
