Woven Concepts is a boutique firm, specializing in the conception and creation of high-end artisan rugs for well-known establishments. In addition to our signature collections, we provide extensive custom rug capabilities for commercial, residential, corporate, retail and hospitality interior design projects. Accuracy in weave and texture, precision of scale, and quality of yarn and dyes are distinctive signs of a Woven Concepts’ original. The firm was founded by the first female generation of a four-generational family trade. The Hakimian family are descendants of Silk Road merchants, trading in: carpets, textile dyes, exotic spices, and gold. The Woven Concepts team has an extensive knowledge of design and production, a background in high fashion, and a passionate disposition for rugs imprinted in our DNA. Woven Concepts leaves a green carbon imprint with the creation of each hand-made rug. We implement rigorous quality and environmental production guidelines. Sustainable materials are used in all possible areas. As a socially responsible company, we strongly support and adhere to initiatives that forbid child and forced labor.
