They were able to meet with us on the short notice we needed, and we especially appreciated how decisive she was, as that was exactly what we needed in the moment. She also shared recommendations for contractors we could use. Since then, we’ve installed our flooring and chosen several wallpaper options, and we absolutely love our choices! We (home owners) worked with Chandni for a remodel project. It was a 3+ month undertaking involving 3 bathrooms, flooring, painting, built in for living room and mudroom, furniture buying and a full kitchen remodel. We are first time renovators and had no experience working with a professional in the same capacity as Chandni. In fact, we questioned our decision to pay a design fee and wondered if we should have just asked the contractor to help with basic design, etc. So glad we ended up working with her. Understanding our likes and dislikes and overall taste and approach was the first step after agreeing on a target budget. She introduced us to a contractor and we are very pleased with his workmanship and team. Moreover, Chandni coordinated weekly with the team on progress and next steps. She presented multiple iterations of drawings and designs until we were satisfied (sometimes she wasn’t satisfied with her own work and would rework the design). She helped and coordinated every detail and purchase by accompanying us to the store, making an appointment for us so the stores had an associate waiting for us with samples and palettes of potential tiles, faucet, fixtures, etc. She ensures materials were sequenced and ordered in time to be arrive in time for the contractor. She even coordinated returns with some stores and alleviated some back and forth for us. Overall, we couldn’t have done it without her assistance and guidance and we are beyond satisfied with her professional work. We even raised a toast with her at the end of the project and forged a great relationship with her. We would highly recommend Chandni and her firm for any remodel project.
