“I highly recommend Vintage Wood Floors & Stairs. I hired Vintage to re-stain my banisters and replace the balusters with wrought iron. The Owner, Mr. Morello, was very responsive and explained the process to me. He provided a detailed explanation of the project, including options and gave me a formal quote within hours. Vintage arrived on time and protected my flooring and carpeting while they worked. At the end of each day, they ensured the area was vacuumed before departing. The final project turned out better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Vintage for any project.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

The previous company I was working with was clueless on how to build this type of stair. I contacted Century Stair and they worked with me on the design of the stair system and helped with a plan of installing the stair and balcony section so everything would come together properly.
