We had the privilege of collaborating with Klar Interior Design building a custom curved staircase for one of their clients. This company is professional and has real interior design sense. We look forward to working together again.

Adele did all the interior design of our new home for us. Her experience, ability to connect with us, her professionalism and fantastic eye made the project a pleasure and the results over and above our expectations. Her guidance every step of the way and her flexibility was invaluable. I always felt supported and respected, she was always well prepared and ready to go. We always felt we had her full attention when we met and i never felt brushed off or put aside as i have heard in some nightmare stories. Professionalism as it should be. Above all else, Adele patiently and diligently brought the wishes and ideas out of my head and found ways to make them become reality. In short, she helped us realize our dream home, one of the most important investments in our lives, and made it more than we even imagined it could be. Its impossible for someone not in the industry to know all the things that are available out there or perhaps where to look for items we need. I was so glad we had Adele for that.

My husband have worked with Adele on several different projects, the most recent being our new home in Palm Springs. We have always found Adele to be innovative & professional in all aspects of design, both interior & exterior. We were extremely pleased with the time & effort she spent making our winter home inviting & the envy of many of our neighbors. Working with Adele and Klar has been amazing. Adele is incredibly talented and has made designing our new house a very positive experience. Adele has come up with so many beautiful and unique ideas for our home. She is very organized and has guided us through the entire process, always giving us various options to consider. When I couldn't quite visualize the idea she had for the master ensuite she had Dawn make an amazing sketch of it so I was able to see exactly what she was thinking. Adele is so incredibly knowledgeable and is very well respected and established in the industry. Adele has been so easy to work with and I am so grateful to have found her. My husband and I are very disappointed with this company. We were gifted 30 hours to help design a new home plan from family who had used KLAR in the past for their home remodel, and were using for a current project. We only worked with Dawn in regards to the home layout and exterior design, and while she seems to be a talented drafter, it was extremely difficult getting work out of her. The work was never done when she said it would be and was only eventually given to us because we constantly phoned and emailed asking for it; it felt like we had to hassle her to make any progress. While her drawings were quite nice, she never really thought outside the box. We thought that coming to a professional designer we would get some unique solutions to our design challenges but, in the end, we were underwhelmed with the work given to us. It seemed like most of her time went into her hand drawings and not the thought of the layout. As for the drawings, we never did receive two of the requested exterior elevations we were promised and we never will. The family who bought the gift card were told, essentially, that Klar was too busy to deal with their project as well as ours, and no further work was completed. We finally decided to call and see how many hours we had left so we could work with Adele on some interior design choices. We were astounded when we were told that we had used 25 of our 30 hours on incomplete and what we deem as mediocre work. We were further taken aback when we were told that our remaining hours were going to be used to cover our family’s project despite the fact that Klar had put an end to that project. If looking for professional design advice, I would highly recommend trying elsewhere.
