Cloud 9 Design is an interior design firm serving Southeastern Florida including Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The firm's founder is Scott Portugal, a native New Yorker educated in painting, sculpture and interior design at Parsons School of Design New York and Paris and The American University of Paris. Scott's ambition is to create spaces for each individual client to reflect the best of them. No project is too small, too grand nor out of Scott's comfort zone. Collaborating with clients, artisans, craftsmen and vendors is at the heart of his work, it's the joy he shares most with clients. Designing your home should be fun and affordable.
