CKD specializes in highly functional design & extraordinary home vibes that are balanced and tranquil. With a very simplistic yet elegant style, our clients are as diverse as our portfolio, ranging from modern to transitional styles. CKD is a full-scale residential design studio, experts in all aspects of the design and build stages our team is amazing. From As-Builts to New Floor Plans, 3D renderings, Color Palettes, Shopping Services, custom window treatments, and furnishings there is no project too big or small. Cyndi designed my master bathroom and it came out so well! I started by giving her some links and looks that I liked and what she came back with was astounding. She nailed my aesthetic, sourced the products, even included elevations with the design. I had a budget I had to keep to, and I needed to find alternatives to some of the higher priced items, and she was able to steer me into making the right choices. Throughout the entire remodel, which lasted much longer than anticipated because of Covid and permit delays, she was always there to answer my questions (even helped advise how the tiles should be laid, etc). I'm so grateful to have her on this project because she made the process go by so much smoother.

Cyndi was faced with a near impossible task: take a cluttered three bedroom condo of 1100 square feet and remake it so three adults would not feel crammed. The result was magical: an open concept, light, airy, modern, breathtaking design that transformed our place into everything we could have ever wanted. Kind, considerate, patient and an extreme attention to detail are Cyndi’s trademarks. She is extremely talented and, above all else, “good people.” Can’t recommend her enough.

As a cabinet contractor for almost 20 years, I have worked for dozens of Interior Designers. Cyndi and the CK Design team have proven to be a top tier design company. They go beyond the typical (hard to work for) designers. Cyndi was amazing to work with, she thoroughly understands the construction process front to back. I was given clear directions, great samples, inspirational photos and plans to bid on from the very beginning; communication was excellent. Cyndi designed my entire kitchen remodel. She really listens to the style you like rather than just doing whatever she wants and she isn’t forceful with her ideas. She’s great at explaining the pros and cons of ideas and materials. She’s super attentive. We could text her day or night and she’d always get back to me ASAP. She was also a great mediator between my husbands and my styles. She really helped us find a balance in a design that we were both really happy with. Cyndi was also good at keeping us within our budget. My kitchen had a lot of structural challenges like a rounded wall, and a slider door too close to a wall, and Cyndi came up with a very elegant and timeless but modern design. We highly recommend her and we can’t wait for her to design all of our bathrooms!
