We speak 'contractor language' to ensure the design plan is followed, manage the job site, and coordinate with the crew to protect your budget and sanity. While we primarily focus on contractor coordination, our goal is always to bridge the gap between your vision and the execution.

Our design fees are structured per service to provide clarity and budget-consciousness. For example, our Break-Thru Session and The Change-Up both start at $1,075. Paint color selections begin at $585 for interior and $785 for exterior, and real estate staging starts at $585 per property. For full project management, our Project Liaison & Management service starts at $5,000, available after a Break-Thru session.

Yes, we do! Our Project Liaison & Management service is designed to manage your project through to completion, including finish selection, contractor coordination, and onsite management. For styling, our Change-Up service focuses on rearranging your existing furniture and decor to transform your space in a single day, and we can provide a shopping list for any final pieces needed to complete the look.
