Dreamspace 3D Rendering

This is the second time we have engaged Shelley for a remodeling project, this time for the remodeling of our kitchen and dining room. Her ability to come up with creative ideas is great, but even more fantastic is her ability to Photo realistically render options for us to review. Saves so much time, money, and potential heartache. We highly recommend her.

Found we on Houzz. Shelley is a top-notch professional who was able to maximize our kitchen and bathroom space and transform it into our dream kitchen and bathroom. I'm such a visual person and it was difficult for me to articulate to the contractors my wants but through her fabulous renderings it was much easier. She's super easy to work with and using the houzz idea book and letting her know what our goal was for the space was all we needed to show her what we liked- and through her software she was able to illustrate how these ideas would look inside our home. With any project, when you work with a contractor or designer it can be a bit rough in the beginning however she was always available and accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend her! We recently purchased a 3500 square foot home that was in need of interior remodeling. We wanted a new kitchen with an open concept and we had a kitchen cabinet designer give us an initial plan. We were left with a huge open space that we couldn't figure out how to fill. We hired Shelley to help us configure the space. Not only did she give us great ideas for the living and dining areas, but she also reconfigured the kitchen in a way that no one had thought of before. With her sophisticated 3D layouts, it made it easy to visualize the concepts and make bold choices on moving walls, doors, windows and a fireplace to accommodate her design. Shelley is a pleasure to work with. She listens to your input and also gives her opinion when she feels a different direction would be better. We highly recommend her and would work with her again.

Wow!!! I will never again attempt a remodel without first contacting Shelley. We wanted to remodel our outdated kitchen, and I had an idea of what I wanted, but was having a hard time visualizing what it would look like. Through emails, I conveyed to Shelley what I wanted and needed in my new kitchen, such as space for a large cookbook collection, and she came up with ideas I never would have thought of. The renderings she provided us helped us immensely. I never would have thought that I could work with someone long distance through emails on such an important project, but it was so simple and saved us so much time, effort, and money. I probably would not feel as comfortable using the dramatic red tile in my bathroom if I did not have your talent to help me visualize the different options I have. I consider myself a very creative person and have designed many projects from sets to a kitchen to a clothing line. If I had your service then I bet I would have taken more design risks. I'm updating my review to write about my latest project with Dreamspace. I decided to hold off on my kitchen and start smaller with the guest bathroom remodel instead. I spoke to Shelley and all I needed to do was send her pictures of the bathroom with measurements and some Houzz photos of bathroom designs that I liked. Within a week, she sent me gorgeous renderings showing various options that I had for the layout, the materials and the furniture... always keeping my budget in check. We did it all via email and telephone!! The process has been so easy and really interesting. I would have never in a million years thought of the design ideas she showed me. It is the best money I've ever spent... and totally worth the price! Since I really can't afford to hire her to be on site during the construction... she told me to just give my contractor the final renderings along with a list of the products she used in the design and where to buy them. My contractor simply picked it up from there. She assured me that she would not let me fly without a net and would jump in when necessary to answer design questions and address those pesky unexpected issues that come with any remodel. I have complete confidence that my bathroom will turn out as expected. I totally plan to use Dreamspace again on my master bath and kitchen projects. This is a no-brainer!

I have used this company more than once. I have trouble visualizing what something will look like. Shelley was able to show exactly how my finished room would look. She showed me my bathrooms before I even bought the tile. In my living room she completely redid my fireplace. I had a beautiful wooden bookcase that she suggested I paint white. I was reluctant but once she showed me the pictures I agreed and she was absolutely right. It is easier to work with your contractor when when you have pictures to show what you wannt I used her services again to completely redo a loft downtown and the results were awesome!

I had wanted to remodel my living/dining rooms for years but could never make any decisions. I heard about Shelley's ability to give you a 3D view of your home, and give you numerous views of what it would look like. All I can say is it was incredible to see my real home, with all the suggestions she made for changing. She interviewed me extensively to see what I was looking for (I am someone who cuts pic out of magazines) and she designed a number of different visions for my place. Wow - I ended up using one of them and my home looks so beautiful. I could never picture what it would look like and then GOT TO SEE IT BEFORE I DID IT. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who doesn't have perfect ability to picture the desired outcome.

Our condo is a long, narrow space with view, floor to ceiling windows along the length, front and back of our unit.
