Radhika is a top-notch designer who is committed to her craft. My wife and I are both engineers. We knew what we wanted our mostly unfinished basement to be but had no idea how to get there. Radhika started by understanding us as a family—our passions and love of travel and nature. Then, she brought that vision to life. She introduced us to phenomenal, high-quality furniture and finishes. My favorite place is the cozy bar that brings our family and friends together. My wife loves our movie theatre and our daughter, a competitive dancer, is delighted with her dance studio with all the fancy lights and music. Radhika is trustworthy and dedicated. When we’re ready for more home renovations, we’ll continue to work with her.

I highly recommend Kalaa Chakra Interiors and Radhika Vydianathan. Radhika helped us with design as we renovated our entire first floor, including kitchen, dining, living, family, and powder rooms. She understood our budget and design aesthetic, and, throughout the project, she presented options that fit perfectly in both. She worked closely with our contractors to help ensure a seamless process. We love how everything turned out, and we hope to work with Radhika again.

Radhika did our entire new build house, top to bottom. Please review her website and you will see the Manor home which she completed. She helped from all of the color decisions, to every detail of furnishings, trim work, curtains, lighting. Not only is she a fantastic interior designer, but her organization skills are outstanding. Her attention to detail with all of the vendors, contractors and myself was seamless. Very clear on estimating a budget and sticking to it. I would use her again and again and I refer her any time I can.

I contacted Kalaa Chakra Interiors to help me pick furnishings for my basement renovation. Radhika had recently worked with my neighbor and we saw her work first hand. Radhika came to our house, listened to what we needed, reviewed our inspiration pieces and then quickly put together a plan for us. I was impressed with her quick turnaround time as I was pushed for time having guests needing to stay in the space. Radhika is very professional with contracts, inspiration pictures, link to purchase items and confident in making decisions. I went shopping twice with Radhika to pick out items I was struggling to make a decision on by myself. We are super pleased with the items she suggested and our basement looks amazing for guests.

We collaborated with Radhika of Kalaa Chakra Interiors on an interior design of the living/dining area for a relative's condo. The situation was unique as we planned the design as a surprise gift for the relative and needed the project completed within a short period of time. Radhika was receptive and professional throughout the process. She created a warm and welcoming space using artwork, an area rug, and paint color to accentuate existing furniture. Radhika listened to our ideas, presented affordable and functional ideas, and coordinated and oversaw contract work. We would not hesitate to work with Radhika for future projects or recommend her to others. We wish her well in all endeavors.

Commented: Is the wine display refrigerated? What brand is it?You will need to work with a cabinet maker to add cabinetry on top of the credenza and then place the wine storage display inside, similar to the look of a hutch. What to you think?
