It started as a bathroom renovation that became a kitchen update, which evolved into a COMPLETE overhaul down to the studs. Allison has an exceptional design eye and provided a brilliant floor plan. She and her team turned an intimating process into an enjoyable, exciting experience. She connected us to an excellent contractor that fit our budget and needs. Communication was always seamless. All changes (you can bet there were many) along the way were executed efficiently. No matter how busy she was, Allison would always check-in along the way, and provide sound insight. The final product was delivered on schedule, well above and beyond our expectations. After much planning and saving, and waiting for the right time, we found Allison through a referral. She was exactly what we needed to help transform our “conundrum” of a home into a better cohesive space. When she explained that she was more of an interior architect we didn’t realize what that was until she ingeniously came up with a more functional layout plan that was the best solution for our family of 5. No other contractors or designers we had previously consulted with could meet our wishlist or provide a solution to our complex layout . Allison is confident in her skills, guiding us through the myriad of decisions we had to make; thoughtful in her design, knowing what would be functional and to code; and listened to all our wants and needs, transforming our inspos into reality. We had a limited budget and she helped us source cost-effective alternatives and also directed us on things that we shouldn’t skimp on. In fact, the savings she had found almost covered the cost of the design fees. Her measurements were precise and plans very detailed; down to the dimensions of each mirror, size of a TV screen, and tile layout. She was diligent in her work and was only a phone call or text away. We would have no hesitation recommending Allison. We trusted and relied on her for any design queries: structurally, functionally, and aesthetically. We are so amazed with the final results; our home was a true ugly-duckling to beautiful-swan transformation. It is bright, welcoming and most of all comfortable.

At first, we didn't think we needed a designer. We thought we could just do it all ourselves to save a few bucks...but SO HAPPY WE DID NOT DO THAT! Allison was incredible and offered excellent advice on layout and design choices. Her design plans were extremely detailed and we loved that she helped us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help us design our dream bathroom! Overall it was an amazing experience, and we would 100% hire her again if we were to do any future renos / builds.

Really don't know what I would've done without Allison. She helped me think through so many decisions, and always found options or provided recommendations to make my vision possible. She has a wealth of knowledge and great relationships with contractors. We saved a lot of money by being able to use her discounts on things like tiles, plumbing fixtures, and furniture. When we decided to have a custom house built, we were aware of the arduous journey that lay ahead and we were filled with apprehension and trepidation. We have used Allison as our designer for about ten months, now our new house is about 70% completed. As time goes, when we look back, we found we were so lucky to use Allison’s service and we strongly recommend you to use Allison to be your next project’s designer as following reasons: 1)We found Allison has strong bound with lots of her previous clients. For example, when she helped us to buy the engineering wood floor, when we looked at the small pieces of sample, it was so hard to make a choice, then Allison called her previous client to make appointment to let us to get into other peoples’ current living house to have a peek! It was unbelievable. If I was a home owner, I would be doubt about myself if I was willing to let a stranger to come to my house to look around. But for Allison, she can make it happen! 2)Allison will guild you on every stages of construction, and help you to make decision one step ahead of the construction plan. This is very important! For example, when some trades did something wrong, she helped us to come to the site to tell the trades to do things in the right way. We initially thought we could just do our build with the help of our own drawings together with the trades. But luckily our builder referred us to Evans Design Corp. Having Allison on our team has been the smartest decision we made for this whole project. Allison has an amazing work-ethic and is always “on” - and so is her team. They are pretty much available all hours of the day, understanding that balancing work, kids, family and building a home often requires discussions after work hours. This flexibility has impressed us immensely, and it has made the process so much easier. Allison listens to your wants and needs, and has an incredible library of pictures to let you easily visualize different design options. She is patient and takes the time to explain all that goes into a build and its design choices. This helps speed up the process with your builder in the end too. Allison does not forget all the little details that you might never have thought about yourself. She has great connections and will guide you to the right choices of materials. She sees the whole picture and makes you visualize it with her. She makes it look like out of a magazine, but without forgetting about the functionality of a home to be lived in.
