Lynda Quintero-Davids is a passionate Interior Stylist + Organizer by nature with a strong love for interiors, organizing, and space planning. She has specialized in home & store lifestyling for the past 25+ years by helping to edit, organize, and style your living or work space for the way you live/work today.
Lynda is a hands-on person who studied Interior Design for four years at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. She has evolved her design eye for style, understanding different lifestyles (Traditional, Modern, Trendy) through her work as a visual merchandiser, design blogger, and interior stylist, resulting in a personal aesthetic that is collected and stylish, yet maintains a realistic affordability.
Over the past years, Lynda's style has evolved and transformed, adapting to the places she has lived - from metropolitan glam living in the tropics of Miami, to a more collected, rustic vibe living in Phoenix, to even reviving her design eye on incorporating new traditional interiors here in North Carolina. Her design sensibility is a fresh take on transitional style– merging masculine + feminine details, mid-century modern silhouettes and timeless black & white, paired with a touch of global glamour, for a personalized mix of high and low spaces.
Through her design approach, many Lynda has also tested in the design lab of her own home, she is able to create comfortable and affordable spaces reflective of her clients’ lifestyle. Lynda believes the most sensible interiors are also the most personal, telling stories from travels, furnishings, and objects collected over time, vs. one-stop shopping all from one location.
Lynda’s work can be found published online. Her expertise includes home & store life-styling created on a moderate budget, seasonal-holiday decorating, home organizing, vintage shopping, visual merchandising, plus online board designs. I first became familiar with Lynda Quintero-Davids and her design work almost four years ago. Her sense of style, love of quality and knowledge of design caught my eye. I first hired Lynda to help me update my living/dining area. Thrilled with
our work chemistry and her attention to detail, I rehired her to help me organize my closets, update an existing built in bookcase, refresh a small
guest room, and revamp my outdoor Florida living space. Lynda even shopped for me for holiday decorations plus used sentimental pieces I had
to decorate my home for Christmas. When it came time to renovate my
bedroom and small bathroom, I knew who I could count on for style
direction and to bring in the project under budget - Lynda. Listening to my
needs, Lynda fulfilled my wishes to design a space for a peaceful nights
sleep, clothing & jewelry organization, added architectural interest and color
consulting to create a tailored romantic retreat I love!

Lynda with Focal Point Styling did an outstanding job! I still receive compliments on my office design -- as a therapist to people with various sensitivities, I was focused on having a comfortable, well-appointed office space for them. The main comment I get is how incredibly comfortable the space is and how much they appreciate it. She redid my office waiting area and therapy room. She saved me tons of money but finding what we liked and then shopped around for a cheaper price. Just what I wanted!
I'm so grateful I hired her! No regrets.

I have never known anyone with Lynda's talent for taking a vintage or thrifted item, repurposing it and giving it a new life. She is a gifted visual genius. You can give Lynda a budget, and she will go and find what you need through her broad network of thrift and vintage sources, re-do it for you while mixing it with new pieces and turn your room or home into something that is comfortable, visually beautiful and more than you could ever have imagined it could be for that amount of money...a room that could be photographed for any magazine.
Lynda has over 4 million followers on Pinterest and there is a reason -she has a unique eye that can pick up pattern and detail and arrange and juxtapose them in ways that others cannot.
She is a very sweet person who works well with others and who listens and who puts her heart and soul into her client's projects.
5 stars is not enough for what Lynda will do for your home if you should hire her.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
