The owner of Fringe LLC, Francine Hyland, is an Interior Decorator and Designer who is committed to creating inspiring design concepts that transform into a unique and harmonious interior. She is a certified CNR color consultant and for over fifteen years, her philosophy is to sit down and collaborate with and get to know the style preferences and personality of her client. Based on these factors she then develops a plan that will include a “color and style” interior design which best reflects her client’s personal taste.
