Our kitchen model was the best thing we've done to our house and that's saying something as Laura and Haven Design have had a hand in every room of our house! I enjoy cooking more and more and it has truly become the hub of our happy home. Thank you so much for all the time and energy you put into the design and implementation of our dream kitchen.

Our first project with her was a redesign of our master bath--we were so impressed with her ability to understand our style and bring us a myriad designs that we really liked. We love the end result, especially the tile design in our shower. Laura has more recently worked with us on giving our dining room a facelift as it is the first room people see when they enter the house. Now we get so many compliments on it! She also has a fantastic eye for window coverings. She has transformed the look of our lower level with the custom-made panels and valences she designed for us. We are so pleased with Laura's work. She helped us with two projects at once. The big one was a fireplace and media wall redesign and the other was help redecorating/sprucing up the living room/dining room area. She worked magic on the rooms and our home is cozier, more inviting and reflects our personalities in a way we couldn't do on our own. She's a good listener, professional and efficient. I was reluctant to work with a designer on my project due to what several people who have shared their experiences with me have said. I met Laura through my contractor. Laura's design ideas, sense of style and color are magnificent. Her communication skills are top notch--she listens well and expresses herself clearly. She made suggestions that enabled me to open up my thinking about my project, and helped me to consider, and ultimately choose, ideas that I did not think of on my own (and that I probably wouldn't have considered if they had come from someone else!). I did not feel pushed to consider a certain style or idea (a huge concern I had about designers in general). I always felt supported through the process. Laura was very willing to share her opinions about choices I was considering when I asked her to do so, which I appreciated very much. I would recommend her without reservation.

Laura helped us with remodeling our master bathroom this year. My husband and I could not be happier with the result. We were working on a tight deadline and she set up all the contractors and we actually finished early! Her ideas were phenomenal for utilizing the space that we had. I feel like Laura made the entire process super easy and she was such a pleasure to work with. The project turned out even better than I had envisioned thanks to Laura.

Her construction crews are as dedicated to the project as she is, and deliver top-quality results. If you have the opportunity to hire Laura, do it! We hired Laura because we needed help with the new interior configuration of our two-story renovation. Laura fluently moved from relocating walls to concepting rooms to picking out grout colors. Her range is exceptional. The depth of her experience in both design and construction enables her to work through tough design challenges and push the boundaries of construction where needed. Paired with strong communication skills, Laura is a designer I would recommend fore any size project.

I work with Haven frequently and am always amazed by the level of creativity and style Laura produces. On a recent architectural project, Haven took the theme well beyond the initial expectations. We work together on Kitchen Projects mainly----and Laura is always able to feed off my ideas, taking the results to high levels of customer satisfaction. Can I add a 6th star?!

We had a very bad run in with a previous interior designer and was very apprehensive to work with another. BUT Laura with Haven really impressed us from the first introduction meeting all the way through our whole project. Laura was very professional, communicated really well and just overall a pleasure to work with. We had a very tight budget and had to cut some corners with this said Laura still managed to make our studio look like a million dollars. Ourselves and all our clients are very impressed with the way our studio turned out. We will most definitely recommend Laura !!

We hired Laura to help us with our butcher shop store remodel. She served as the perfect designer. She has many connections in construction industry and they were all top notch. The entire group worked as a team and got the job done quickly and efficiently. She coordinated everybody so we never had to close our store. As business owners we just don't have the time or energy after running our shop to take on this huge endeavor by ourselves. She had wonderful ideas and the end results have turned out stunning! Our store was old and run down looking and now it matches our quality products and represents us perfectly. She listened to our ideas and implemented some of them, as well as coming up with some awesome ideas for us like hiring an artist to make a unique store sign for the front of our building. We are so happy with her service and would recommend her to anybody with a small family business like ours.
