My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Iko Design offers a modern design perspective that is stylish, yet livable. Nikole began her design business in 2012, and has developed her modern yet eclectic design aesthetic over time. Using well coordinated color and simple accents that complement the clients needs is one of her strengths. She is a wife and mother, with ambition to make the world around her a better place. Creating beautiful places for her clients to live in, is one way that she accomplishes that goal.

We hired Iko Design for a 5,000 sq. ft. commercial office space remodel. Nikole was prompt, professional, and great to work with. She has a keen eye for design and color and goes the extra mile for her clients. In fact, when one of the interior paint colors wasn't quite right for her, she customized the color to perfection. Her design scheme was very much inline with our goals and the midcentury modern space. Her rates were reasonable and always within budget. Hiring Nikole definitely made the project more cost effective and streamlined. She was well worth it and we could not have completed this project without her! We would definitely recommend Nikole and Iko Design and look forward to working with her again.
