JB Design

JB design was amazing to work with during the remodel of our house. We were on a tight budget but she helped our vision become a reality. She has a great ability to take existing spaces and make them more functional and beautiful. Jenny has a great knowledge of products on the market and what would work best for my family. We met weekly for short periods of time to make choices for things like flooring, fixtures, tile, etc. She helped us not feel overwhelmed by all the decisions that had to be made. We would refer JB Design to anyone looking for a great designer! She will also become a friend.

The thought of hiring a designer had never occurred to me, but when my Architect recommended one, I figured based on the scope of the project, that it might be a good idea. Best decision I ever made. Before demolition even started, Jenny and I had picked out virtually everything that was going into the remodel from appliances and cabinetry through tiles and bathroom fixtures. Her insight and connections into quality vendors ensured all lead times were guaranteed and that installs could be scheduled at the first possible opportunities. During the 6 months of actual construction, I was unable to live in my home and was not even in the State. Jenny scheduled Face-Time conference calls whenever there was something new or exciting happening on the site. I never felt out of the loop or that the ball was ever being dropped. When decisions needed to be made, she was there with advice and prompt execution. After the projects completion, I continued to use her for her design expertise to fine tune my homes decor. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that is in need of a designer, no matter what the scope.

Jenny was fantastic to work with! She was so great at keeping me organized on the new build. She is extremely knowledgeable about the entire building process. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She helped me every step of the way. I loved everything that she helped me pick out, and the house turned out beautiful! I highly recommend her!

From the beginning to the end, I found Jenny to be a great communicator, super organized and very creative. Working with her was amazing! I loved her ideas each time. She was professional and kind and seriously worked until I was in love with every aspect! She made the experience fun and enjoyable and quickly caught on to my style and the things I was looking for. Jenny worked with me during the construction of our new home to help design it and choose construction materials and finishes. She quickly understood my style. I appreciated that she would frankly share her thoughts and opinion, but always listened and tried to help create the look I wanted. She was professional, on time and prepared for our meetings with design ideas and samples, as well as following through with the sub-contractors. She found samples and made suggestions that were within our budget. She was fun to work with and I recommend her without reservation.

Jenny is fantastic! We remodeled our kitchen and needed someone to help us choose all our finishes as well as coordinate colors and styles. Not only did Jenny help with all of that, but she paid attention to every detail of construction along the way, making sure we were happy with everything and helping coordinate with the contractor when things needed to be changed. With a remodel there are so many big and important decisions to make and we trusted that Jenny wouldn't let us make any big mistakes. She was great at understanding our style and our preferences, and she wanted to make sure our end result was a kitchen we would love. We absolutely love everything about our kitchen and we love Jenny, too. She is personable and sweet and always professional. I hope to have more and more projects to work on together! Jenny was fantastic. She was extremely flexible in her approach, which was great because there were times in our project that I wanted to be more involved and times at which I didn't have time to be as involved. She is a great shopper and very adept at finding creative ways to save money on the project. She was able to catch a vision early on for the style we wanted in the space and help us create that. She stuck up for our interests with other parties involved.

Jenny was an invaluable asset to our recent major kitchen and bathroom renovation project. She acted as my liaison with the contractor, facilitated meetings with suppliers, did detailed drawings for the tile layout, and countless other critical tasks. Her assistance in finalizing decisions regarding tile, cabinets, wood floors and other finish details was incredibly helpful, the project turned out beautifully thanks to her keen eye and expert advice. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing design assistance.

Jenny assisted me through all stages of a kitchen remodel making sure many details were addressed that made a big difference. She helped me with color selections from cabinets, floors, helping with color choices, appliances, facets, window coverings, etc. She did a fantastic job with furniture and decorating our new kitchen and butler's pantry. We love how it turned out! We will continue to use Jenny as we work on other rooms. We HIGHLY recommend her.

We hired Jenny on a recommendation from our builder - worth every penny! Jenny helped us in the initial phase of building our dream home and continued with support throughout the entire process. She helped me select tile, flooring, carpet, paint, doors, windows, lighting and much more. At the end of our build she helped me select the perfect sectional for our great room. When we were finished with all the selections, she created an amazing book with every detail specified for the builder. Jenny was professional but personable. The stress of building a house was almost non existent because Jenny was so helpful. She had great ideas but also listened to my ideas - it was actually fun to build my house because Jenny was so easy to work with and a joy to be around. Our weekly meetings with our builder were fun and productive. I'd love to build my house all over again just to work with Jenny and our builders! I don't know many people who have had as positive of an experience building a home as we have - mostly thanks to Jenny! I would recommend her to ANYONE who needs design help whether you're doing a small remodel or an entire home - she is very talented and a great person!
