From what started out as a somewhat extensive remodel and then turned into a to the studs redo, Susannah was more than up to the task of a full 9000+ sq/ft house redesign, including completely furnishing the house inside and out, choosing and coordinating a record setting number of paint colors and so much more. “Rachel Hutchens is an incredible designer! ¬¬We love our newly remodeled open concept kitchen. Rachel takes the time to get to know her clients and their tastes. She’s a very good listener. At the beginning of the process she asked me to begin collecting pictures of kitchens that appealed to me. True story …. We met on several occasions and I was able to share my vision for our new kitchen but, what I was describing was not matching the pictures I was saving on Pinterest. Rachel carefully shared her thoughts and helped me see that what I wanted was a modern farmhouse. Along the way, Rachel gave us multiple versions of designs and was always willing to tweak them to make it easier for us to make decisions. Besides designing our kitchen Rachel was involved in all aspects of our project by helping us select flooring materials, paint and cabinet colors, hardware, new fireplace design and lighting fixtures. She took us shopping for backsplash tile and countertops. She responded to questions promptly which helped keep the worries down to a minimum. Remodeling can be quite stressful and she was incredibly understanding and willing to support. We couldn’t be more please with the results and highly recommend Rachel to anyone dreaming of a new beautiful kitchen!”

“Olivia is the best! We have a strangely shaped/laid out home, and she created a vision for it that was both beautiful and functional. We also have a toddler, so she had to work within the confines of picking out furniture pieces and decor that is very kid-friendly, which was no small task. Olivia has a great attention to detail, and worked very hard to keep our needs in mind, while also following best practices for a beautiful aesthetic. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Because of Dan's expertise and thoughtful and beautiful design, we have the kitchen of my dreams. Dan had been highly recommended to me by two friends who had him design their kitchens within the past 20 years as well as by a friend who is involved in artistic design as well. When we began, he visited our home, and we talked quite a while. He listened to my ideas as well as making suggestions of his own. He took measurements, and I could tell how thorough he was. We visited his showroom and then selected cabinets, flooring, tiles, counter tops from sources he knew were reliable. His drawings were beautiful, and although we tweaked a few things as we went along, the final product is even better than the vision we both came up with. He turned a 70's house with an 80's kitchen into a gorgeous, picture-perfect 2016 kitchen. We could not be happier. He was generous with his time, his expertise, his advice and his leadership. His workmen were of the highest caliber. They always showed up on time and did fine work, taking great care with our existing rooms. I recommend Dan Roberts and his crew very highly and without reservation. In fact, I have already given his name to relatives and other friends.”
