Kitchen Concepts Tulsa

I had Kitchen Concepts remodel my master bathroom and powder bath. It was a pleasure to work with Jim and his team. They did a beautiful job with design and did quality work. When there was an unforeseen issue after the completion of the project- (Not a result of their work) Jim responded quickly and resolved the problem. They conducted business with integrity! I get many compliments on my remodel.

I am in love with my new kitchen and bath! As with all remodeling projects, there are unforeseen problems that come up, but Kitchen Concepts addressed them professionally. They were always available, the workers were top notch professionals and fun to be around. One of the best things that came out of this project, besides my beautiful kitchen and bath, were the friendships that have been formed with Lynn and her crew. I have never been sorry I chose Kitchen Concepts for my remodel!!

After working with the design team we did not find anything satisfactory however they thought by working with us we would be able to pick out bathroom fixtures that would work. We put a $15,000 down payment on a bathroom remodel and then decided we didn't think they could do what we wanted. We ask to get out of the contract. They said it would not be a problem however they have had the $15,000 for a month now and have not given it back. I would make very sure these are the people you want to work with before you commit to anything.

Kitchen Concepts stayed within our budget, got it done in the time frame we requested and it looks amazing. We are so happy with our new bathroom and it is exactly what we asked for!

They were very detailed with the entire process. I have not only used the Kitchen Concepts team for a closet and bathroom remodel project but have also referred them to a friend that was very happy with the design and construction team. They literally held my hand throughout the entire process. Provided multiple options in various price ranges and styles. We are looking forward to working on the kitchen next. The Kitchen Concepts team did a great job. We love our Kitchen and cook in it all the time. They have a great design team and the owners are great people.

In short, because we complained about being frustrated with the project taking so long to finish, owner got mad, picked up his sign and left. ( They had an employee finish the cabinet instalation and have not heard anything else from them. Still waiting for them to finish at least what we had paid close to $40000 for. For example: Cabinet that owner said got damaged while installing was left damaged with a white plaster and unfinished. Recieved a quote for $1500 to have electricity work and was left with electrical outlet wires hanging, unfinished work, leaving us to look and hire someone to finish them. We asked the last employee here who would be coming to finish and he said he did not know. Very very very disapointed and unhappy.

Great design service! We had a total house remodel and I can't imagine doing this without Lynn Knight Jesse and Mindy Gao's services. They totally listened to what we wanted and improved on our ideas. I wanted an aquarium and they came up with the idea of putting it in our shower! We were thrilled with that idea. We ordered our cabinets from them and were very happy with them. They put in many, many hours of work on our behalf.

Consummate professionals with absolutely perfect taste. They listened to what we wanted.. And they delivered. Easy to work with and they always on schedule. I would definitely hire them again for the next project.

Kitchen Concepts designed all our cabinets for our kitchen, pantry, bathroom and closets.Their access to vendors, communication , timely completion ,and quality control were an important source of the success of our project. Their use of hand made quality cabinets helped make our home warm, unique ,and interesting .They were personable, timely, accurate , and within budget . I would use them again and would highly recommend them .

I've been to many of their Designer Showcase Homes in which their kitchens are generally the high light of the home. I've know the owners for some 30 years and admire their loyalty, class and style.
