This business rips you off!! They take a design fee for any design and furniture design they do they tell you that they apply it to the furniture our design fee was 3000.00 for bathroom design and 3000.00 for vanities that was to be applied to the vanity price.. They are suppose to design within the budget but it's more like double and it is impossible to get responses. We were told the owner is always not available or out of town but he was available to send invoice for design fee! We waited more than 4 months for a sample after agreeing to a larger budget by almost double and still have not yet received anything such as samples of stain color for wood as promised -we have had to hire another company as the delay has held up the other contractors as well as I have been without a bathroom! Basically they rip you off and keep you design fee!
