I can't recommend the M3LD team highly enough! 10 Stars! I have been fortunate enough to work as an architect with M3LD on several projects. I have worked most closely with Andrea but also with Brian. In all cases they have impressed me with their their ability to bring creative ideas with respect not only to materials and details but to the overall mood of spaces and projects. M3ld was on point from the pre-construction meeting through the finishing touches of accessories and art work. Andrea was very resourceful, innovative and professional! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an edge! In addition, her timeline’s were accurate and her ability to stay within budget and get creative where needed were contributing factors to the success of our project!

My husband and I don't know what we would have done without Andrea Beecher, co-owner at M3LD (pronounced "meld"). We completely gutted and re-did the master bedroom and bathroom, another bedroom and bathroom, the interior staircase, and front door/entry area. There were so many more decisions than we realized there would be... We knew there were tons, but also: How many shelves in the bathroom vanity? How high should the counter be? What kind of light switches? Do you want a seamless, curb, other entry into shower? Etc, etc, etc. Andrea helped make to do lists, kept us on track, provided narrowed down choices for us to pick from (faucets, lighting, tile, etc), took us on shopping trips, sent us photos, created design packets for the construction crew to work from, communicated with the contractor about technial details, got us in more quickly with some sellers, and generally helped us stay on track, not get overwhelmed, and stick to our own design aesthetic. Really, her insight, positivity, and motivation -- along with knowledge of options and suppliers -- were invaluable. Will post photos when the project is totally done!

Typically when a client introduces a designer to a project a contractor's eyes will roll and prices will be driven up. Redundant communications, excessive meetings and exorbitant finishes are often required when working with the average design team. M3LD provides just the opposite. We've worked with these professionals for many years and through several high end projects. Let alone the beautiful, tasteful results, the renovation process is actually streamlined and accelerated. I have, and will continue to recommend M3LD to friends and family.

If you are looking for talent, vision, unique products and ideas, Andrea and her team are IT. While I am looking forward to owning a few pieces from their design repertoire, Andrea has been extremely available to me in helping with focusing the vision of my projects and obtaining quality pieces to build a foundation around. She listens to my individual needs and supports them, while curating a longer term vision. She is a dream, and I cannot recommend her more!

Andrea and team were awesome. Andrea spent a lot of time getting to know our style and then delivered with furniture and design with a true Wow factor for any guests we have into our home.

M3LD designed our new restaurant opening this fall in SLC,UT. From the beginning Andrea was there to answer questions, help source and support our vision in every way, keeping in mind costs but not compromising quality. Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism exhibited throughout the entire process, every step of the way.

Talk about efficiency, professionalism, and style. Andrea, Brian, and Jason from M3LD have been a dream come true for us. We've known them through the community in Salt Lake City, and approached them to design our new Lebanese cafe, and they came through beautifully. Our project is set to complete this October, and we are so so so excited about the look and feel they helped us create, while staying within our budget. Top that with consistent smiles and good vibes and you're in golden hands.

We recently purchased a mid-century modern home. It's absolutely beautiful, which is why we bought it...but we had no prior experience with furnishing/designing a mid-century modern home. Andrea at M3LD was amazing at orienting us to the history and design elements of the mid-century modern style. She then developed a series of furnishing/design options for us and helped us consider how they would fit in our home. The final living room and bedroom collections that we went with (some of which are gorgeous M3LD items) are now the star attractions of our home. We'd recommend Andrea and M3LD to anyone!

We had the honor of working with Andrea Beecher on our 1925 industrial loft remodel in Salt Lake City. She is so talented and fun to work with!! Our place turned out better than we could have imagined and we owe it all to her. Can't want to work with her again on our next space!

The day we met Andrea Beecher was a good day. She came into our home, looking beautifully put together, all smiles and happy, creative energy. And she went to work. We’ve seen her 100 times since (she’s become a good friend)- and she’s always like that! Just bursting at the seams with great ideas, positivity, and that contagious laugh. You just want to hang out with her! She embraces life and everyone around her, and it just comes through in everything she does. And she is GOOOOOD. We had been in Salt Lake all of two weeks when we interviewed her to do the interior design work for our 1917 home remodel. She redesigned our family room and helped us create a master suite, complete with spa-like master bath and attached walk-in closet. Our home is pretty large (for the two of us who moved from a small Bay Area cottage), and we wanted to keep most of our traditional furnishings, yet make the additional space more mid-century modern, with a transitional look to pull it all together. Not the easiest task in the world. Plus, my husband is an audiophile, so the whole room had to be a perfect listening space with the distance from the sweet-spot chair to the high-end speakers situated to the inch. For some odd reason, she took the job. Andrea struck that perfect balance of addressing our comfort zone while gently encouraging us to push past our preconceived notions of “our style.” We wanted to create a WOW factor in our house, and we did. She introduced us to very talented craftsmen who built custom wood walls, doors and furniture, a stunning resource for granite and tile, the best painters, furniture and décor resources, and the best general contractor to build it all as she designed. The great part is that she managed all this at a wonderful value. We- and everyone who has seen our home- absolutely love the way it all turned out. Not only did she create and bring to life a beautiful vision, she was part of an incredible group of people connected to our house project who all became friends. I would highly recommend Andrea Beecher for any design work you may be considering. At the very least, you will meet a true original and have a great time in the process!
