About Us

Everyone deserves to come home to a beautiful space. I take time to get to know my clients so that I can redesign a unique space that reflects their personality, lifestyle and budget. I have a green approach to decorating. I believe in using as much of the homeowners furniture as possible, up-cycling and re-purposing when possible. I am inspired by and like to include nature, art, plants, antiques, vintage finds, funky thrift store treasures, mixed in with durable well designed furniture pieces. I want the homeowner to be absolutely delighted when they come home to their new, fresh space.

Janet, first and foremost, is a collaborator. She is a listener who very much appreciates the differences her clients bring to projects. Her ideas helped me create the vision I had for my home and it now reflects ME . . . from the inside. I loved her encouragement to place my tchotchkes out to share. My space feels so personal, cozy, comfortable and colorful. Janet helped me select colors to complement what was already in my home to add, not recreate. Her presentation renderings enabled me to visualize how the space would look with different paint colors and furniture. That was so, so helpful to me (a visual learner)! It was a pleasure working with her AND she was always ‘up’ to my change in direction as I expanded my view of my living space. You must meet Janet! Engage with her and she will help you create what is in your head!!!

When I saw the final results, I felt happy & lucky to have such a great decorator. Janet is wonderful to work with on he decorating project. I will call her again! She redesigned 3 rooms for me. She added a floor lamp, pillows, throw & table. Plus, she redesigned all the walls in three rooms!
