I would prefer to give a zero rating for this but the site is not facilitating indeed. we went with this interior sai Venkat in the month of January 2017 for our apartment. but even now our work is not completed and the one man army behind this entire scam is absconding after receiving 8.5 lac rupees from us. He seemed good with design and approach in the begining, but after receiving the amount said he left without a clue and stopped attending the calls. After enquiring deeply we came to know that he did the same to several other clients. One among them even filed an FIR for cheating on him. We were shocked to know that he even manipulated the raw material supplier and defaulted him for 4 lacks. these were some of the cases which we know about him. He didn't even pay the workers. There are endless things to say about him that show his deceitful nature and irresponsible behaviour. We were surprised to know that a person who seemed so gentle masterminded the entire plan with such shrewdness. He gave us one year of hell and our dreams and excitement of a new house got shattered into pieces. Now we came to know that he closed his office, shifted his residence and operating from different location. Our intention is to make people aware of his fraud and better be careful with such persons. I am giving pics of the state of the project he left in November 2017.

We engaged proprietor of the interior designing company. For past 3 months, he is completely inaccessible - wouldn't respond to SMS or WhatsApp messages, has blocked incoming calls. We paid him 50% advance as demanded by him but after more than 3 months 10-15% of the work has only been done. There are currently 4 clients from whom he has taken 50-90% of the money but work hasn't been as expected and as agreed. He is a complete fraud. He should be banned from houzz for conducting his business. We have filed and FIR against Mr. Sai Venkat.

Got kitchen done,completed in one week but to finalise everything it took almost a month time,Overall great job ..

I happen to contact this company for my new flat interior work and repenting for thst decision. Design discussions went good and contact person looked professional. Initial work progress was satisfactory as well. However not even couple of weeks into work, problems started. His supervisors relied completely on him for design/managing carpenters/cash flow.. I realized that everything depended on him. But he went inaccessible over phone/mails/in person. 3 months passed work is not even half complete with 70% amount paid and no signs of work resuming at all. Not even basic courtesy, humanity towards clients and unprofessional behavior. Seems to be similar state in other projects handled by him. Its unreliable, unprofessional, untrustworthy, inhumane.
