I found Southerly Abode on Houzz when considering decorating a newly purchased home. I did a little research, consulted their website, and was very impressed with the design photos. After a cold call and initial meeting with them, I knew I had found fun, knowledgeable, and quality design professionals to help with my decorating project. A few reasons that I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for design help: * They really do guide you through the design process and listen. They didn't control the design but helped us find the pieces and look that fit our lives and taste. The end result - a great looking house that is pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and fits our family. And, looks fabulous. * They handled an issue with a return of a rug with professionalism and grace. I was impressed by their customer service. * They worked within our budget. I thought that hiring designers was for "other people" but they were able to work with us. I never felt pushed into buying anything or that they did not understand and stick with our budget range. I was absolutely stuck with a color scheme I couldn't work with..... Never thought of blue. The room is the most functional room in our home now. The couch selected is without a doubting of the most comfortable ones we have ever had. I greatly appreciate the guidance and the great working relationship !! They are great fun to work with!

Very organized and very thorough. Tiffany was able to figure out what styles matched our home and our personality. She was always able to provide more than one working solution and was able to steer us in the right direction throughout our project.

Recently, Southerly Abode helped me with the design of my living room. When I began I really had no idea of what to do with the space, but after briefly meeting with Tiffany Anich, we had a direction and a concept. Tiffany was great at listening to what I needed in the space and worked within my budget. She helped me pick out a sofa and designed custom throw pillows, helped me with lighting, and even used some of my existing art and furniture in ways I would never have thought of. Her designs and knowledge are inspiring and unmatched. She is the consummate professional -prompt, organized, knowledgeable, determined, respectful, creative, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Tiffany went above and beyond by also helping me stage my home via Skype so that I could sell my property. Southerly Abode is a great design firm, and Tiffany is a wonderful person. I will contact them no questions asked should I need more design help in the future.

I have been involved in several projects with Southerly Abode and could not have a better impression of them! These ladies are hardworking, talented, and easy to work with! Their attention to detail is incredible. One of the most impressive things is their ability to take what an owner already has and completely reimagine rooms and pieces! My original purpose for hiring Tiffany was to pick out a paint color for my family room. That quickly changed when my husband and I decided to update most of our home. Tiffany was great to work with. Besides the fact that she's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met, she also communicates very well with her clients. She's very prompt. She has a great eye for design and I was very pleased when she was happy to work with pieces I already had and incorporate them into a more transitional design. I went from very traditional design with dark colors to a more transitional design with a light and airy feel. It was such a good experience that I didn't want it to end. I ended up completely tearing out my old kitchen and replacing it, changing paint colors, redecorating my family room, living room, dining room and bedroom. I still have a master bathroom to do and I can't wait to work on that. It has been a wonderful experience working with Tiffany at Southerly Abode!!
